WINTEL WILD

Our stay at WINTEL WILD Resort was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience. The resort is located at a dead end, which made it difficult for our tempo traveller to navigate both while dropping us off and picking us up. We were a group of 9 and stayed for 1 day across 3 rooms--all situated on the second basement level. Access was particularly challenging, especially for our group that included two senior citizens and three young children, as it involved climbing up and down two floors. While the neighboring hotel had a lift, WINTEL WILD lacked one--though we were informed they are planning to install one soon. Basic amenities were inadequate--no dental kits were provided, and only one towel was supplied per room, even for families of three to four. Considering these limitations, we strongly advise against choosing this property if you're traveling with young children or elderly family members. That said, the hospitality of the staff was a silver lining. The front desk, cooks, and support team were warm and attentive. The food served at both dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the view of the nearby tea factory was a pleasant bonus. We wish the team continued success and hope they make meaningful improvements for future guests.

Had a fine stay, they need to really work on keeping the washrooms, toilet seats and towels clean. Also if the rooms are under construction or full then they should not take reservation and give dirty rooms. I got infection after staying here. Property is good but they are not maintaining well like Bel vista. Customer service is good, especially receptionist and staffs are helpful and good.

We stayed at Wintel Wild Hotel in Valparai for a night, and overall, it was a decent experience with room for improvement. The deluxe room offered a stunning view, and the cleanliness was commendable. The staff was friendly and polite, making us feel welcome. They also provided useful suggestions about good restaurants and nearby attractions. However, there were several areas where the hotel fell short. Basic amenities like sealed water bottles, toilet paper rolls, and toothbrushes were not provided, which was unexpected. Privacy was also a concern since from the balcony, we could easily see and hear our neighbors. Noise from furniture being dragged upstairs was disturbing, especially since there weren't many guests--it seemed to come from the staff. Service and timing were another issue. Even though we arrived late, we still had to wait 30 minutes for our room. Dinner service was also delayed, and we had to call to check on it. The food itself was just okay, nothing exceptional. Another thing to note is the limited parking space, which is open without a roof. Despite these shortcomings, we had a good night's sleep, and the hotel has the potential to be excellent if they address these details. With better privacy, improved service timing, and attention to essential amenities, Wintel Wild could be a great stay for visitors to Valparai.

Awesome and safe place to stay with family as well as friends. Service was too good. the view from balcony was so nice to look into it. The hotel staff named *Johnson* made sure we had a pleasant and satisfying time throughout stay which includes taking care about our meals and serving it in room with proper requirements Place is easy to access, they have parking space and provide quality Lunch and dinner.

We have been traveling across south India for over 5 years now and this is the first time we felt bad about checking out. I will run short of words to explain about the property, but in simple succinct words you can call this property to be Romantic : Best views and great experience Secluded : No staring of other guests and property all to your selves Spacious : for such a moderate price the room was really spacy and restrooms was huge as well Classy: What you see in pictures is what you get. Such a refreshing take in today's filter enhanced photos Constitution noise and lack of in room phone was a hassle, but again we hope it will be cleared soon Add to that you have valet parking, in house food, well mannered staff, easy access to every spot, this resort is a steal and we are definitely visiting again Thanks for making our special day even more memorable!!!

We had an incredible stay at Wintel Wild Resort in Valparai! The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms (103 and 104) were clean, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by Johnson, our caretaker. He was extremely prompt in attending to our needs, always polite, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and cared for. The resort's location, amenities, and staff all combined to make our stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Wintel Wild Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Valparai. We went to have a nice trip, but this stay ended up being a terrible experience. Services are not good, we had to compromise on a lot of things. No parking facilities, no lockers, provided only one towel and one soap for 3 persons. We had booked an extra bed (we paid extra for that 3 weeks earlier while booking), but they didn't provide it even after asking multiple times. We had booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms were good, but one smelled like cigarettes. At the end of the day, they're only money-minded and not even providing basic necessities until we fight for it. It is an overrated place with the best view, and that also costs extra with limited facilities compared to standard rooms. The hotel was under construction or renovation during our stay, so only few rooms were available. I would recommend not considering this hotel if you want to have a good trip and stay.

Rooms were thoughtful and deep cleaned. Property is well maintained. Food tasted good and their service was very polite. Only drawback is the location which is a small 20ft road and so parking was bit difficult. Limited parking space. Otherwise a good property
