Good budget rooms. New building, so was neat and clean. Staffs were also cooperative. Less parking space though

The Anna is very decent with good and humble behaviour..the resort is located in a quiet place which is really good.

First of all, It is located in the beautiful location. But it is very difficult to find the resort. The stay was decent. They don't accept card payment. Only cash payment done here. The room was spacious and toilets were clean. It is a good option for 2-3 days. Needs to upgrade the payment options.

Just OK'ish place. Not suitable for family I feel. Its a lodge kind of thing and not a resort. Room's are just OK. Had been to Valparai in 2018 and booked this at last minute (as there were not many options left) and a disappointed stay.

This one of the very good place to stay if you are staying in Valparai town. You can get anything and the guy works there is really dedicated. Good location nice room. To family and bachelor for both this place is good to stay. Excellent view from the terrace room. But every time even if we need water we have to call the service guy and ask him to bring. If we order food for dinner and for lunch we should do in advance and the taste is excellent. This place is not a resort it more of a Home Stay.

One of the worst resort ever seen.The location of it is terrible. It is located somewhere interior of valparai where even a car cannot enter.The staffs dont even know how to address the guest, the call us "party" and words r not able to be heard. There is no facilities as mentioned in the website. Rooms are not cleaned. Even dustbin were not cleared. Room service is worst. Toilets are not cleaned properly. Towels were not given. Food are brought from outside. Extra bed was worst. The hotel made our mood spoiled. Food is bought from outside and served. So we decided to vacate the room. Unfortunately we paid money in advance. When we asked to repay atleast one day paymemt they refused us. It is not suitable for family vacation. It should be named LODGE instead of resort NOTE: WE WENT ON 19 MAY 2016
