Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended. Our stay at this property on 05-04-2025 was extremely disappointing. To start with, the electrical fittings were in very poor condition, with most of them not working--including the water heater. The caretaker misled us by claiming there was a king-size bed, but we later found out it was just two double cots pushed together, and not even properly fixed. The beds kept moving apart during the night, creating an uncomfortable gap in between. Basic amenities like towels, soap, toothpaste, and tissue paper were not provided at all. Water was stopped because of tank empty and we are not found the caretaker surroundings. Initially, the caretaker quoted a very high price for the room, but since my friend chose the place for its view, we tried to negotiate. When we considered booking another room elsewhere, the caretaker suddenly became flexible and offered the room for 3000 per night, which we agreed to. However, while making the payment via Google Pay, a network glitch occurred and the transaction showed as "in progress." Despite this, the caretaker insisted we pay again, assuring us that any duplicate payment would be refunded. After reaching home, I realized that both payments went through and were received by the property owner. I immediately tried to contact them for a refund, but as of today (07-04-2025), they have not responded and the refund has not been processed. This property is neither customer-friendly nor trustworthy. I strongly advise against booking this place. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and honest property. DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Extremely bad experience. Room charge very very high for the service provided. Actually no service is provided except the room. No towel, No hot water, No reception support , bed is not comfortable.

Location: Valparai Main Road, Valparai, Tamil Nadu It's located on the main road itself at the entrance of Valparai, while coming from Pollachi, Tamil Nadu. Seems to be ok. Needs to work on pricing. The view from the back is good with scenic beauty describing the outset of nature and tea estates. Would suggest to get something after Valparai as you exit since its closer to other areas in the vicinity

Please avoid booking home stay with this people. While I have booked, clearly said we coming as 7 members group and paid the full amount for a 3bhk home stay, but after reaching there, they have provided a 2bhk home stay with just 2 queen size beds, and asking us to sleep in sofa, then after having a fight, they have provided one additional cot and bedsheet. Also while booking they have confirmed that the parking is available, but after checkin they have said no car parking for homestay, parking is only for hotel rooms. And the caretakers available there are money minded and not providing proper response. These guys are not trust worthy and any day they might tell no rooms available even though you have paid full amount. So better avoid this home stay.

We really liked it here. It is a very clean hotel. I told my friends to take a room there, very good service. I will come again...

Very nice service.. safety for families...higinically maintained...Tha landlords were very friendly and respectful... food was just wow.... really njoyed the stay there.. must try

Awesome and wonderful experience from the Mary land resort . View from the Resort is amazing especially morning and evening mountain views are colourful, Mr. Antony( Manager) made our trip remarkable Thanks to all staffs and management. Hope I will visit with my family again very soon
