101 is better, 102 worst smell, 303 better, 304 average but over! 308 no service waste. No hot water in 308. No fresh water. Receptionists don't know about surrounding areas. Totally everything is extra charged 100 rupees for whatever you need.

The room is not very clean, cobwebs and dust all over the walls, light and fan, the paint is peeling off in many places. floor also is not clean as good, furniture is also not clean, a window has no door, cupboard can't be used, hotel building is near to a public toilet building and sewage water is over flowing in front of the hotel building with very bad smell, wifi also useless.... Totally not recommended....

Economical rooms. Negative regarding hot water availability. However manager mr. Vishnu did his best. Flooring of rooms were not good. Beds and linens washed and clean. Stayed with family along my friend, a group of 10 adults and 4 kids. Costed 6500 for a day for 4 rooms. So no complaints

This is an old style (really old) hotel that is basically two levels underground with just office and covered car park on top (ground level). Rooms are called double and can barely accommodate two persons. WiFi is useless. Food is from outside restaurants and space available to park about 10 cars for nearly twenty rooms. Tariff is much higher than last year (same time), which shows the demand for rooms in central location, but not for any improvements in the establishment. Centrally located next to Main Bus Stand, main bazar (shops and restaurants) and opposite to a church+high school. That is the only advantage.

Never judge a book by it's cover. Building outside and car parking only good, rooms not equipped with enough light. Toilets are not maintained well. Water leakage throughout the building. More complaints than anything good to say.

Don't waste money. No TV. No Hot water. Totally waste. Even no towel and soap. I argued the room boy then he brought the towel and soap. if you want, you should complete check the room first, then book the room. No proper response. I never put star rating to this property.

Rooms are not well maintained. There is no proper ventilation or sunlight. Restroom doors are tight, and you can see some of the insects inside them! What they have mentioned on their website is not true regarding hot water and parking facilities. Van's couldn't enter their parking lot.
