Green Hill Hotel (p) ltd

I had a great stay at Green Hill Hotel. The customer service was really good--everyone was friendly and helpful. The parking area was nice and easy to access, and I met some genuinely good people during my visit. Would definitely come back!

We didn't stay here. Only came here for food. Good food around the neighborhood. There wasn't a dine-in option here. Only take out is available because the restaurant was under renovation. But we can take food and eat it in a place on the rooftop. It was a good hygienic place with a great view of the town and hills.

Very bad experience, we booked standard rooms. The beds were not comfortable at all. They didn't provide key for one room but told us not to close the door, however the door got locked up and it took around 3 hrs for them to come open it. Important thing to note is how bad they treat guests. The manager turns up after few hours when we said we are checking out. Finally we checked out from there and checked in to saravana in which is opposite to Greenhill. Overal.... Pathetic behavior of staffs and manager and poor administration and bad rooms and bed I wish Google gave a no star option. Edited : Its funny to see the respose from the hotel that they need to know more to assist. This shows that they don't even read the concern put in the review and understand that they couldn't do anything and which is why we had to find another place to stay at 10 pm at valparai. Customers be vigilant while you book any stay anywhere. Alot of them post fake positive reviews too.

We had a pleasant experience at Green hills recently . Mr. Dinesh guided and received us well right from the beginning till our 2 day stay .. overall the facilities were good and though restaurant was under partial renovation we were able to use it .. Parking and safety was good .. Mr. Dhandapani always helped us with his kind gesture and provided needed support ..

Located in busy area. Parking is limited and tedious. Rooms not maintained. No drinking water and toiletries supply. Food below average. Electrical switches are not properly working and water leakage in toilet.

It was a group visit on 24th December 2024. We were of 30 people including kids. The main attraction was the location of tea estate scenario at Valparai. The stay was just good. But considering the place it was a super stay since Valparai is not having much good hotels or resorts. We had buffet food for all meals. Food was very tasty. The staffs were very much friendly and provided their best service. There was no bottled water or tea maker in rooms but they provided water and tea on time in each rooms. Manager Dinesh was a very good person with all help and service. If you visit Valparai, Green Hill Hotel is a good option to stay.

Best budget friendly hotel to stay in Valparai. You needn't be worried about food and other facilities here. Room service was excellent. Mr Dinesh who is managing overall services here. BIG THANKS to you Dinesh for all your help and assistance. Meet you again brother. I noticed some different reviews about parking but they are really managing it well.
