WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE - A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! This hotel is a disgrace! We walked in and checked in, only to be met with the most pathetic service ever. They offered two types of rooms--one with a Mountain View and one standard. We specifically chose the Mountain View, expecting a decent stay. But what followed was absolute horror. The room was hot, so we tried to turn on the AC, only to realize the remote was missing. When we asked for it, they had the audacity to demand an extra 500 for the remote! What kind of scam is this? When we questioned them, they were beyond rude--arrogant, dismissive, and completely unwilling to listen. Even the receptionist admitted that he failed to mention this beforehand, yet they still refused to provide the remote unless we paid. If that wasn't bad enough, they even had the nerve to tell me that I could vacate if I wanted! What kind of heartless management does this? I was alone, traveling with my young daughter at night, and they showed zero empathy! The stay was miserable--the washroom was a disaster, flooding completely while bathing with stagnant water everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting. This is the worst hotel experience of my life. Their attitude, service, and facilities are beyond terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs!

Amazing customer service, comfortable and cozy space, they'll be just a call away. Parking is not a big con, they help you out ,but an allotted space could be better. You'll have a fine stay!

Breakfast delays: Even when pre-booked, breakfast is served only after 9 AM, which may not be suitable for early travelers. Limited amenities in rooms: No hairdryer is provided, and towel supply is insufficient. Cramped rooms & shared balconies: The small room size and half-door-separated balconies raise privacy concerns. Shared balcony experience: If neighboring guests smoke, it affects others due to the open layout. No TV in room, for this price Marketing vs. reality: The professionally edited images online do not accurately represent the actual experience. Positive Aspects: Modern facilities like elevators, smart locks, and tea/coffee makers in rooms. 24/7 hot and cold water availability. Complimentary dental and bath kits for guests. Supportive staff willing to assist. Final Verdict: Despite a few modern amenities, the pricing does not match the overall experience due to limited space, lack of parking, and basic service delays. Better options are available nearby at more reasonable prices with added comfort and parking facilities. Not recommended for those seeking a spacious and hassle-free stay. They maintained a raw look through out the construction and is appreciated the attempt , but it must be bit more finished when going for such a design , I hope they ll make it soon , as per the employees there , they were expanding If I happen to visit again , surely I will edit this But if you were ok with the attempt they made and id ok to park outside , there are no big downs

The views are quite good from the balcony. Rooms and restrooms are very clean and well maintained. However, since property is close to the forest area it attracts mosquitos and other reptiles at night.

Quality construction, centrally located at a good height, offering excellent scenic view of the roads and plantations. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is on the narrow road near the entrance which is used by 2 other adjoining hotels also, which is slightly challenging. Value for money. Food is not available in house, so they arrange through a caterer nearby. We were told that restaurant will be ready by next year.

Awesome place to stay. Lovely location.. amazing staff, very humble and cooperative. Specially Selva, sabu & pushparaj were great host. Great food

This boutique hotel excellent with superb location and wonderful staff members. The room service is really gud. The rooms have wonderful valley View with river flowing. So We stayed happily 2 times in this hotel.

Waste of money and very bad experience . Please make sure that the room is having a view before you pay money . Coming this far to just have a room with a building view is just waste of money. If the hotel is not confirming a room with view then please look for some other nice room
