Agb Jungle Resort

We group of 6 persons visited & stayed at agb jungle resort at Valparai on 06th April 2025. Unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.our rooms are not properly cleaned.there were stains on bed sheets & in bathroom water supplies are interrupted frequently. Swimming pool seems to be dirty not suitable to swim. Dishes used for food are not properly cleaned & we take a lot of time dealing with problems & waiting for assistance. Overall it was bitter experience. Even after sharing these concerns with owner,he relinquished all.We attaching bills & some pics here

Visited this Resort Yesterday.. Had a horrible experience. The place is purely unhygienic and a complete waste of money. The staff made us uncomfortable by staring at us as if we were from another world. The food was utterly terrible, and the owner seemed extremely greedy, with no interest in maintaining the place. I recently stayed at agb resort and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The rooms were not clean and did not meet basic hygiene standards. The service was slow and unresponsive to our requests. The amenities promised were either unavailable or not functional. The food quality was poor, and the dining area lacked cleanliness. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this resort to others.

An awesome trip, yet again.. A two day trip became three day... just for the feel of nature. A campfire with music, playing Carrom while raining with a hot cup of tea, and drinks made this experience super special.. the night safari to the watch tower with sudden flow of mist an experience that cannot be described in words. One has to feel to. For us it was like AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME .. To add on the hospitality shown by Sugumar (Manager) and his crew RAHUL, KUMAR and master are mind blowing. Bonded like a family... Thanking the owner Bharathi for hosting such an awesome place...

Disappointing Experience We encountered numerous issues during our recent stay: 1. *Lack of clear instructions*: No prior guidance on navigating the uphill road. 2. *Unacceptable room conditions*: Rooms were poorly maintained, with unbearable odors. 3. *Early departure*: We cut our 2-night booking short due to subpar accommodations. 4. *Poor service*: Unacceptable treatment and hospitality. I recently stayed at Agb Jungle Resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. From start to finish, the level of hospitality was dismal, and I left feeling frustrated and unsafe. First off, the staff were unprofessional and visibly drunk. On multiple occasions, I witnessed staff members who appeared intoxicated, which was both unprofessional and unsettling. It was clear that the staff were either uninterested or incapable of providing the standard of service expected from a resort at this price point. Moreover, the safety of women, in particular, was a huge concern. Several interactions with the staff were uncomfortable, with some members displaying inappropriate behavior that left me feeling harassed and unsafe. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I am deeply concerned that the management did not take immediate action to address this behavior. The food was another major letdown. The quality was subpar at best, with bland, poorly prepared dishes that were far below expectations. The dining experience was unpleasant, and it was clear that little effort was put into making meals enjoyable or appealing. To make matters worse, the management was completely unresponsive to any of the concerns we raised. Requests for assistance or clarification were met with indifference, and there was a general lack of professionalism in how they handled complaints. Overall, I would not recommend Agb Jungle Resort to anyone. The combination of bad food, unsafe environment, unprofessional staff, and negligent management made for a truly disappointing stay. It's clear that there's a serious lack of oversight at this resort, and I hope they take serious steps to address these issues before others experience the same frustrations.
