Pros 1. Situated in serene environment 2. Spacious car parking Cons 1. No electricity available from check in till check out of 2 days oly Generator backup given ( for 1 hr ) that too after heated arguments( I cant even recharge my mobile ) 2. Zero network coverage inside rooms, it's like Faraday cage , once u step in the room network will automatically shut off 3. Wifi connection available but if u want to use it u should come to lawn or near by office only den WiFi signal will work 4. Owner or Manager of property will not be available ( either thru phone or in-person) to report the issues 5. Person incharge was such inexperienced in challenging the situations that we adviced them wat to do fr issues 6. Food was below average but price was like star hotel. Complimentary BF was not good 7. Rooms were wet with sme fungus patch in room ceiling, bathroom door handle was broken 8. Staffs were not friendly, as if Dey giving rooms for free of cost 9. No shops or settlement nearby , need to travel 2.8km to reach any petty shop Advice to owner - Sir please have a visit to your resort and scrutinize ur staffs for the benefit of your property .

We stayed in for a day and the price is too high 3000rs but room that we stayed is not that worth. The one and only resort that we need to pay for water is this resort only and also poor service in terms of food, beverages etc. WiFi will not work inside the staying room and camp fire was started only @ 10.15 pm that too after so many times I questioned them. I will never recommend this resort to anyone. Stay better in home stays or any other good resorts.

I will talk about best 1. Room size is big 2. Room price is ok I will talk about worst 1. I booked for 9 member no glass in the room 2. Anything is needed we have to talk to the reception and ask for it. 3. If we order food they will take there own time and bring it 4. No proper communication between staff 5. No toiletries for 9 member room only 2 dental kit was provided 6. It's as if we they are paying for us to use the room they are behaving no proper customer service 7. Rooms were not that clean and neither bathroom 8. It's isolated area where you have to travel 2km for getting any thing 9. Overall customer service was not there. 10. They staff said complimentary tea and coffee in the breakfast and we ordered for the same and they have billed and had wait there to clear the same and help them understand they only told and hard to make them to get that removed from bill. 11. No power backup in the night. 12. Lot of insects in the room Overall : if you don't want any customer service and unhygienic room then your first choice is BLACKPEPPER RESORT. I will never ever go there or recommend to friends and families.

Rooms are ok but can be better maintained. Moreover, during the power cut they dont switch on the DG unless you ask them - very bad. You cannot woke up in the middle of the night and request them to switch-on. very bad experience in the stay.

Pros - This resort is located in a good place with great view all around. Food is good. Wifi and network is good in some places. Cons - Rooms are dirty and not maintained well. There is no reception number and you need to walk to them for each and everything. Resort manager can better utilize their staffs, as i see most of them are lazy.

We booked the family room which is very spacious. But bathroom was tiny and dirty. The bathroom doesn't have a full size door and the sound and smell comes to the bedroom. Bathroom ceiling was leaking and we left without taking shower or breakfast. Overall hygiene standards were very poor and property lacked maintenance. Mrs Indhu and her husband did everything they could within these constraints and they were helpful. They showed us another family room where the ceiling fan didn't work and the bed was too close to the bathroom.Overall not worthy for the money we paid.

One of the finest resorts and rooms at kolli hills. First thing is, it's easily locatable and not far away from the main area semmedu. Rooms were clean and well maintained and they have various rooms based on your preferences and comfortability. Service wise, they were polite, knowledgeable and they have a clear idea how to handle customers and if they handle well, of course they are gonna visit the same stay again when they come. They did that part well, if I'm going with my family next time,for sure I'm gonna stay here. If needed they are also arranging camp fire which is an advantage. There is a large dining area with a restaurant. I didn't have anything here but had a cup of coffee. It's an average coffee and I would rate it 3.
