Great place to stay if you are visiting Vaitheeswaran Koil. The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and looks modern. The bathrooms were excellent with hot water. AC was working so well in the heat. Overall a great pleasant place. You can also see animals like cows, calfs, which adds to the rustic nature. I would encourage everyone to stay here.

Resort style rooms and ambience.have lots of cows, ducks,hens to add to its natural beauty. Approachable staff. Good food. Hearty servers. Hearty house keeping. They love to serve. Feel like visiting again soon.

We first visited this charming place in 2010 and fell in love with it. Fifteen years later, we returned for lunch and enjoyed the food just as much as before. After our meal, we spent a couple of hours relaxing, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the facilities. Their hospitality and courteous service made our visit even more enjoyable.

Quiet room, spacious, good service but no lift fir 1st floor, can ask Ground floor rooms. Kids will love it as it has farm animals,ducks, nice lawns. Very close to temple.

though it's like a resort with cottage type property, they have only old type interiors and furniture, poor service, broken remotes, power failures throughout the night and in the early morning, non-function intercom, poor hygiene, no room freshener, and staff have no idea of what guest service was. They don't even serve coffee till 7am, though food is good, hygiene is not up to the mark. Otherwise they need to improve a lot in terms of the rest of the stuff.

Went andhad lunch. The food was great.But service was rank bad. Many items were not in stock and hence they took time to replenish and serve. They need better administration to check the crowds and compare with the stock. Also the papad made in a hurry had lots of oil on it. The cook did not remove the oil properly. They didn't reduce the rates as many items were not served. Need to improve a lot.

Would have rated 0 star if possible. But 1 was the least. I had the most disappointing experience at this restaurant. I visited with my family and friends, expecting a good time, but it turned out to be a disaster. We ordered multiple items from the menu, only to be told that most of them were unavailable. The service was abysmally slow. The onion uttapam, which we eventually received after a long wait, was poorly prepared and tasted nothing like it should. To make matters worse, I specifically requested tea to be served quickly, but it was never brought to our table. It wasn't until we were about to leave in frustration that they finally decided to serve it. This level of mismanagement and disregard for customers is unacceptable. It was truly the worst dining experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Even the manager needs to up their order taking skills.

Slightly oldish rooms but the people were amazing. Clearly set expectations that there won't be room service and what food will be available at which time. Restaurant staffs were friendly and actually made poori from scratch when my wife said she craved it. While the rooms were old and have slight challenges (some power outlets were loose), the friendliness of staffs and overall room comfort overcame those easily. Oh, and to wake up due to ducks quacking about around your room has its own charm
