OYO 15850 K S Residency

This hotel is situated in the heart of the town( Vadipatti). Very decent rooms with AC and Geyser facility. Good hospitality and room services. Safe for family too. The only disadvantage is this entire hotel lies in the second floor no there is no lift facility. May be difficult for elderly individuals.

Okay kind of hotel. Congested noisy area typical of TamilNadu town centres. Parking is hard to get. Sheer luck, if you can manage to park vehicle safely. People are quite hostile to visitors, feels like.

The residency is very near to the bus stop. No lift facility. The room was spacious but the non-ac room had no proper ventilation. Remains all good. Compare to others lodge found the good one.

Room was Very nice. No lift here. In reception person couldn't deliver little bit of smile and hospitality. When we ask some doubts about bus route and hotels he was behaving like " I don't know " words. paavm int ittttinnn mutlaalli.

K s residency rooms are neat. Near to bus stand , hotels so if we need to eat and the transportation facilities are good. My family members said their for family function . They said it was good experience.

I booked the stay via Oyo . Everything was good . As it is located on 3rd floor and it have no lift , it going to be a issue if you have senior citizens or you are carrying big trolley bags. The Room tariff is very reasonable . If you are traveling towards kanyakumari or trivandrum , you can do stay here for over night . They kept corridor light off which gave it a cheap lodge feeling .

We booked 2 rooms for 4 people, and paid half the amount in advance. When we reached the destination, we were told that our rooms have been given to someone else. Instead they gave us one large room to share, for the same price. How could they give our room to someone else even after we paid the advance? What is the point of booking then? Confirming the booking in Oyo and saying the room is not available after we reached the place is not fair.

Very good place with all facilities. Hot water geaser is available, ac is good, room is clean and tidy. Very cheap and comfortaly affordable in the whole village vattipatti. We have booked in Oyo rooms for 2 rooms it costed 1450
