OYO Flagship Green Park Residency

"We had a wonderful stay at green park residency! The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and great views of the Villages. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Overall, a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

Very small size rooms. Very worst service. Only one room boy is there in the morning and he is also putting his phone in his ears. He doesn't care about us. Up to morning 8:00 a.m. no hot water supply. The lift is also switched off till 8:00 a.m. after that we have check out.

Booked on cleartrip, and when we went to check in they claimed they have nothing to do with it, at the same time they acknowledged they were on cleartrip. The amount has not been refunded, but they refused to check us in.

Worst experience never go to this lodge, we didn't had a chance to look for others as it was late night. Cleanliness very bad, given blankets smells very bad, whole room smells, not cleaned properly and very bad customer interaction along with huge room charges.

Worst worst worst. Worst hotel ever. Worst customer service. They asked extra money after checking in. We refused and they asked to change that room and their reason was unacceptable. They said someone else was ready to pay more money for that room. We booked AC room and they didn't even gave blankets. Really a bad experience. Please don't go to this hotel. We haven't read the previous reviews before.
