worst experience in this hotel, terrible stay at hotel with much hiked room rents then usual, these category rooms are usually get in lower class hotel category. even the behaviour of the owner and staff was so unpleasant arrogant they even doesn't have the manners like how to talk to a customer. Unprofessional and uneducated Behavior. No coordination of staff and honouring no commitment at all. Cheap room not more than 500 rs and they charging for 4 time higher price for the poor category. I ordered food and tea for my driver they gave such a 3rd class food which even no body would like to give to animals .

Had a smooth check in experience on the reception and the room was big and enough with a clean restroom and beds. They offer their own parking space to park the vehicle. Manager Mr.Vijay provides a top notch experience and maintains their hospitality. Comparing the price with an online platform it was a little higher on direct walk in. However, they offer a value for money service so it can equal this flaw.

The room had water logging from the corridor. The person at the reception was not ready to speak in any other language. Even when we tried to tell him we don't know tamil much .. was asking him where is the parking space .. he doesn't understand It was 10 in the night and we have come to a place where we dont even understand the language. He din even have the minimum courtsey to try to reason out. ..then he just started telling u cancel the booking. The room fare is 2500 .U have paid less in oyo. When we told him we'll cancel you give us the refund. He told that is not my problem you talk to oyo.He kept asking a zillion times are you couples. Even after informing him that we are married. He just kept trying to find excuses to cancel the booking. Had to show our marriage photo even though we showed aadhar card. Dont open a lodge if you don't know how to host. Respecting your language is fine. But respect other languages too. Atleast know one extra language. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Basic rooms. Parking available is a open one. Rooms were clean. Slightly overpriced. Good for 1 night stay

I stayed with my family for one night. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Hot water available. I paid Rs.2750 which I feel is very expensive for a day stay. It is very close to Maatuthavani bus stand. I think there are no near by restaurants. Only con is the wall mount toilet is not fixed at right height.

Room was big enough and clean, so was the washroom. Had AC, TV and Wi-Fi, but didn't share the password, nor did we ask. Towel, mineral water and a guest kit with soap, tooth paste and a single tooth brush (double room) was provided. Menu card was there and we can make a call to order. Parking available, inside the Renault yard. Hotel is on the top of Renault showroom, chances of missing out. Pricing was way higher than mentioned in Google and other booking sites. Better make a booking than going directly. Despite the higher rates, morning tea was charged. No complimentary breakfast as mentioned in Google. Can't complain since they never promised nor did we ask for. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

We booked the rooms for two days from 15 Sep 2024.We called and confirmed whether room is available and after confirmation only booked through goibibo.But after reaching they said no rooms available they gave to walk in customers.Greedy and money oreiented and very pathetic service . By sitting there for half n hour we heard two three complaints of AC not working and other issues. Please dont trust these people and do bookings.Waste service.

Such a worst hotel I ever stayed. Since it was book d thru my company I can't able to move to some other hotels. From 4am trying to contact reception but no use. No phone in my room. I have to start to work at 6am but no hot water available. 5pm met receptionist but no use till 7:42. He requested to take bath in another room but that was used by some guest n left as it is. Nasty room and not worth for money. No hot water available in that room too. Plz never recommend this hotel even to enemies
