Not good. Improve service and room maintenance. One of the old age Receiptionist behaviour is worst. If called room service through Receiptionist. After 15 minutes will come.Not get good betsheets soap and towels. They give old towels. In bathroom didn't have hot water and shower. Only tap. Don't waste your time and money. Totally waste.

Don't expect anything hygienic. Bedsheets are not washed properly and very old. U will get very bad odour. The washrooms are not clean. No water heater. Not recommended for families.

Very very worst experience.. they also provide ac bar facilities but that's only for smoking people. Once you enter and stay few minutes your lungs will affect you too much. Don't come to this bar

Just you can spend a night if there is no any other option. Soap, towel, drinking water and good bed sheets are not available. Hygiene issue, many cockroaches are inside the room.

We stayed here when we were going to Munnar. The hotel is not that great, rooms are spacious but not that greatly maintained. The price per night is little over when there are a lot of misquotes and with no room service. There is no explicit parking for the hotel you need to park you vehicle in fort of the hotel and we took a non AC room the room was quite hot all through the night. ||||Stay there because of the location of the hotel.There is nothing much memorable about this visit.

worst hotel i have ever seen and experienced. it provides no services.the staff there are not at all polite and they are very arrogant too. they could not even provide hot water for children in the night even on request. when i asked for hot water,the staff there told me its in the top floor and took me to the terrace on steps and on reaching the top floor,he told "why are you coming along with me?,there's not hot water" and told he cant provide it at any cost. the very very worst hotel i have ever come across and its not at all adviced for families to stay there

Bad rooms. Bad service. Looks like an old lodge and poorly maintained. The rooms are not very neat. The bathrooms are bad. There is a tiny tv in the rooms for name sake with only two or three Tamil channels. This lodge also has bar. There is no restriction on smoking in the rooms. So there will be people smoking in the outside your room and you'll have to be a passive smoker. No parking space. Two wheelers can be parked in front of the lodge. Cars have to be parked on road side. No customer friendly service. No wifi. With all these issues, they still charge high even for non-ac rooms just because the place is beside a main road and walkable from bus stand.

Restrooms are not hygenic.poor maintenance.. there they labled no smoking infront of every room. But once you enter there you will smell only cigarette smell and other things.
