Terrible Experience - Stay Away! I had initially booked a room for two days through a corporate booking, with clear check-in and check-out timings confirmed. However, out of nowhere, the hotel reception called and asked me to check out immediately because they had another booking. To make things worse, they still charged me for the full two days! The entire experience was a nightmare--poor management, zero professionalism, and complete miscommunication. The breakfast was below average, definitely not worth it. If you're traveling for business, avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've had

Everything was great in Jos residency, but the gentle man in reception on phone, whatever the rules he was taught he abides by it and lectures to the customer in strict way and doesn't think that they are present to help with good service. Also the same gentle man is keen on checkout and closing formality but misses to properly prepare GST Bill. The rooms are great, clean and tidy. All people working there are excellent.

Clean and tidy rooms, well maintained. Very good service. Breakfast: idli,dosa,ragi vermicelli idiyappam, pongal, fruits etc. Excellent stay

Rooms looks ok, staffs well and good service, breakfast is not have much options. Daily cleaning in rooms would be good

Only one complain we had to come to fill water from reception N0 water bottles in room

The hotel is immaculate and upscale, offering great affordability for families. Its prime location on the main road provides easy access to various shops. Reception staff is very polite and kind. With ample parking space available, I highly recommend it to everyone.
