Gunashree Residency.

I recently stayed at Gunashree Recidency in Udumalpet. The overall experience was decent--especially in terms of location and staff behavior. The hotel is conveniently located and the team was polite, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed to notice small cockroaches in the toilet area and around the bedside table. Cleanliness is a key expectation, and this issue definitely needs attention for the comfort and hygiene of guests. If the hotel can improve its pest control and cleanliness standards, it would make for a much more pleasant stay. Aside from this, the approach, check-in experience, and service quality were satisfactory. Hope to see improvements on the cleanliness front during my next visit.

Good place to stay at Udumalpet. It is located just opposite the bus stand. Rooms are maintained neat and clean.

It's just opposite the bus stand. Looks newly renovated and the rooms are clean. A bit overpriced, since it's just a lodge.
