Worst experience..charged 900Rs for double bed. No bedsheets provided No bath towel and soap provided.. No proper ventilation.rooms is covered with some cigarate/beedi smell..not advisable for family occupancies..

Little high price.. But manageable.. Rooms cleaning good. Bedsheet and pillow not good.. No towels and other complimentarys AC room: Rs.1545 No AC room Rs.990 24 hr check out time

Very bad experience for me When am reach hotel Complient 1.A/c Room rent 1300/ per day rs. But I give 1300+ advance payment 200 + 2.5 persentage card charges 2.Tv Cable is not working 3.3rd floor/ no lift 4.management service is worst..

Rooms are good. But room services are come too late. If we called now. They come after half hour. This only a dis advantage in that place.

Good one, in my opinion, but I can't review the room through the website's photographs alone #few rooms

No safety for couples, and business visitors, rude behavior of staff, they have separate rules which we need to comply with. Stinking washrooms, bed lenins were improper and untidy.

Happen to stop by at A K Residency on my way to Munnar . Great ambience, clean, very supportive staff and new. At 750/- per night (non Ac) its worth every buck.

Worst and rude behaviour staff and management , no safety for anyon. Worst in clean 3rd rated blankets , kindly dont choose this.
