Green Royale Hotels & resorts

This resort is being run to scam travelers, the property has been sold no management are available. The power to this resort has been cut due to non payment of bills to govt. They claim it's just temporary due to some technical problem. The employees collect money for the stay into their personal accounts no bills are issued saying no computer due to power issue. The rooms are not cleaned properly but just wiped and given with the same bedsheets. Swimming pool water hasn't been cleaned for ever I think. We were totally stuck here as it is far away from Rameshwaram no food in kitchen and good options close by, we had to buy food from unhygienic shops close by without choice Noone should be fooled to book this place. Authorities should take note and close down this scam property

Stayed for 2 days.. Location is between Ramnad & Rameshwaram. Uchipuli. They have planned and constructed well with nice rooms and spacious garden/ lawn, kids playarea with surrounding trees. You can see peacock, squirrel roaming around.. swimming pool & falls were not in usable condition. We ate food outside. They are in process of renovation I guess. Hope it is maintained well....

The rooms are completely run down, with cow webs behind the door, unclean linen and unclean bathroom. The service is pathetic and food ordered is not served even after repeated request. The staff is uncooperative. Stay away from this property.

Spacious and luxury rooms(they are more like villas). Well maintained amenities, especially the pool and artificial falls. Calm location and ample parking. Food can be improved. Especially the quality/taste doesn't justify buffet price.

Very nice experience while my stay and need to be improved such facilities. No foods are available here because there is some administration problem and EB power problems also there.

Place is good for stay . But the service is too bad please do put someone in reception who has the knowledge of hotel policies and handling customers. And one more thing happened during our stay is the bill amount was taken two times from us.

This Green Royale resort was a very nice peaceful place. And very neat and clean and near Ramesvaram temple and dhanuskoodi beach and kushi beach so water is all so not a slat pure water supply all time, and kids playing area swimming pool and garden area very large place. Visiting mind free.

Very Spacious with Peacocks roaming freely. Nice Food Nature Feel Resort Good Location Very Good Hospitality by the Staff Definitely Toilets Could be Improved.
