Best hotel in Arunachalam .spacious rooms ... take auto from this hotel they charge each person 20Rs to busstand Again from busstand they charge 20rs to drop near temple....

I would put zero if there is any option given. Well to start with, this would be one of the worst hotel in Thiruvanamalai. Why I am saying this is because their rooms are not clean and full of dust. Around 10 of us stayed there for a night and it was an unpleasant stay for us. First, we called the person in charge to mop the room as the floor was very dirty but they didn't turn up. Second the mirror was very blur and rusty and when we informed the person in charged, he said yes the mirror is like that and just walk away. Third, the bed sheet was not clean and got stains. Despite confronting, no one came to help. Fourth, the toilet was too dirty like it has not been washed for many months. Lastly, no one was there to help us with the luggage, when we seek help the guy at the counter said the staffs are not well and no one is there but he is so busy talking with a women here. I will not recommend tthis place to anyone.

Good experience overall. The hotel room was neat and clean. The room was spacious with a king size bed. The location is also good with some food options nearby like A2B. Many taps were leaking that's why 4 stars only. Full value for money.

Located well within city, medical shop, food everything accessible near by. Little bit parking available but open one (hardly 4 to 5 cars can be parked with lot of 2 wheelers coming to pharmacy and atm in downstairs, little bit care to be taken by management for visitors cars. Good and neat rooms, but service is something I haven't seen, not even knowing who the receptionist itself is.

Decent hotel away from the busy bus stand ... Rooms are spacious ... Can improve on amenities that can be provided like Towels , toiletries etc including drinking water

WORST RECEPTIONIST. WORST BEHAVIOUR.WORST COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER. RUDE BEHAVIOUR.. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUEST TO SEE THE OTHER RESIDENCY . HE ASKED ME 5000 RS I TOLD 4000 RS FOR 12 HOURS JUST ONE QUESTION IS HOT WATER available? After taking money and writing in book He cancel the room @ 2 a.m I felt very guilty .. ( THE ONWER OF THE THIS HOTEL PLEASE CHANGE THE RECEPTIONIST) Thanks for not giving room to us Because of your rude behaviour We got out of the Room and felt very bad . however by the god grace of arunachala Siva , we got EXCELLENT room in The Himalayan residency. EXCELLENT ROOM EXCELLENT BATH ROOM 24* 7 hot water EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION EXCELLENT STAFF EXCELLENT TIFFIN / FOOD EXCELLENT RECEPTION @ NIGHT THANK YOU HIMALAYAN

Comfortable stay for a day or two . Rooms are larger in size. But TV and water heater fitted in the room might not work which needs to be get fixed if required. Otherwise stay is a value for money with nearby restaurants like A2B and Namma veedu Restaurant and Swiggy delivery also available

Clean premises with easy accessibility from main road. Even place near means within the town near to the temple as well. Colour combinations are gud in rooms, nice ambience. Hospitality was gud at hotel, only that the price factors, if give some discount rates would have been better. Still ok with premises
