Hotel Nala Residency

It's is kind of decent lodge but not as cool as the images shown on make my trip, no hot water, no drinking water and resto-bar is attached which is kind of some discomfort when you came with family. Hotel located just 1km away from railway station and temple, outside of hotel we have only fried rice and parrota shops.

Worst ever food. They're providing rotten chicken and contaminated food to children. Very bad

Worst hotel I have ever seen. No AC and no hot water from evening(solar). No towels and soap kits are out of stock and food is worst. I lost my JBL Earbuds and none of them are responded. If you are going with family I would say please don't book it.

The room is nice and close to the temple, which is within walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast and the staff is nice. Do not book a room through the app because it will book from 12pm to 12pm or check the timings while booking

Booked a suite room. They never provided us room and at the last minute they cancelled the booking and not refunding the money back. I lost 2000 Rs. Even after calling 10 to 15 times, they never refunded the amount. Worst management. Worst service

The restaurant was too worst there treating levels are very bad they are charging double payment on the food they are showing old menu and charging as per new pay menu card they are not showing the new menu card here they are doing more scams on customer plse dont prefer this restaurant for staying in the rooms and food.

Room it's good but bathroom it's old tap or all restaurant tasty food but rate is very high

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place* I recently had the misfortune of staying here, and it was undoubtedly the worst service I've ever encountered. Major Issues: - Air Conditioning: Didn't work even after changing rooms. - Room Service: Absolutely terrible. - Parking: Inadequate and inconvenient.
