Hotel Comfort Inn

Worst experience. Make my trip charged 5.5k.. AC was not working , despite multiple complaints, staff did even respond. Offline room charges are just 2.5 k. Not much cleanliness and bad smell in room. Would not prefer this hotel again. By paying 5.5k for NonAC ROOM, because AC was not working, is highly priced and worst experience

Update May 16, 2025: The hotel threatened to not refund the tariff unless I remove this review although they never gave me a room and did not let me know ahead of time that they have no running water, which would have helped me cancel ahead. So on the day of, MakeMyTrip policy forbids me from canceling. So the hotel charged me 3166 INR for a room they never offered and MakeMyTrip kept their commission. I said I will remove the review review if they refund double what I paid, for all the horror they caused that night, but they refused. So I am sacrificing the tariff I paid to keep this review up. Again, avoid this Comfort Inn and MakeMyTrip in general. Original review: This hotel turned me away recently at their door because they have no water owing to major construction on the roads that is affecting their water supply. They said it has been happening for two weeks till that point. Neither they nor MakeMyTrip (through which I booked it) told me about this. I was stranded on the streets at 8pm looking for a new hotel to stay the night. Avoid like the plague.

Very pathetic customer service. I couldn't reach the hotel cause of road blocked by police and then when I try to reach the hotel, they asked me to park the car in bus stand and take auto and come. By then I had already spent 45 mins in finding a way to reach hotel and raised a request with MMT to cancel & refund. After driving 250 kms and we get to know about road blocks and I didn't receive any money atleast 50% refund from hotel nor MMT... whom should we reach out and as a helpless customer..

1.very nearby to temple. 2.Rooms are awesome and very hygiene. 3.service was very good. 4.Required things for freshup and bath were provided by hotel.Very good.

Location very nearby to temple .. so easy to access temple .. room and toilet is good .. bed is very comfort.. service is okay ..

I visited This place at the time of National skating competition Clean And hygienic Good staff member specially Hotel Owner Aunty Was So Good She guide Me How To Visit Famous tourist places in Mysore

Pros: Near to temple Room is neat but small Staff are good Cons: car parking at different place Price is 3500 in weekend and no complementary water bottle No breakfast for that price

Has parking lot despite being near by temple... Clean and neat...
