*Disappointing Experience: Poor Staff Behavior and Services* I recently stayed at Crown Hotel from 15-8-2024 to 16-8-2024 and was thoroughly disappointed with the behavior of the staff and the quality of services provided. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and unhelpful, taking ages to check me in and failing to provide me with basic information about the hotel's facilities. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bed sheets were stained. The biggest issue, however, was the rudeness of the staff. When I brought my concerns to their attention, they were dismissive and unapologetic. The manager was nowhere to be found, and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. Overall, my stay at Crown Hotel was a disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to think twice before booking a room here. *Rating:* 1/5

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Not so friendly reception. Room was very small, not clean, smells and unhygienic. Don't know when the last time the bathroom was cleaned as it looks so dirty and smells. Even the pillow case and bedsheet looks dirty. Noisy and disturbance at night. Would not recommend to others especially for families as the place is not suitable. Best solution is... AVOID this hotel at all costs.

I recently booked a double bedroom at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was also ideal, with easy access to public transport and plenty of local attractions within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I stayed in Room 201. There is no ventilation, the room stinks There was no hanger in the room, when asked for just one hanger, the room services dint offer. They rejected stating if there is no hanger in the room then can't provide one

Add comfortable stay within my budget. The hotel covered all the basic needs and they provided very good service with clean towels ,bed sheets ,Wi-Fi, tv,hot water etc... Most recommended for elderly peoples since they had lift facility which was not available in most of the hotels in Tiruvannamalai.the location was also in the main road with many restaurants near by

Cost per day 3500/- for AC Room. 4 km distance from Arunachalam temple. We have to use auto to go to temple.

Worst experience. After paying advance amount and when arrived for checkin , same room was booked to another family, kept us waiting late @1'o clock in the night. Never go for it
