I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel booked through MakeMyTrip. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations.|Room Conditions: Despite the air conditioning being on, the room temperature remained uncomfortably high at 30 degrees.|Amenities: Essential amenities such as a water heater, television, and Wi-Fi were unavailable. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was not provided.|Bathroom Hygiene: The bathroom was not hygienic, with leaks occurring during flushing and a broken placeholder.|Overall Maintenance: The overall condition of the room was akin to that of a poorly maintained bus station.|Regrettably, I cannot rate my experience lower than one star; otherwise, I would have chosen a negative rating. I hope this feedback prompts immediate attention to these issues.|Thank you for addressing this matter.

Really had a very bad experience. Very low maintenance and I would recommend to stay away from this service.

Season time High rate it depand on 12 hours for Indian rupees 1,500. And season time 3 day package amount is rupees 10,000. So rate is very High, I stay only one night.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in. No proper maintenance of Rooms. We see lizards, Ants, frogs, cockroaches everywhere in the room. Dirty bathroom with a bad smell, and the entire floor is in green colour due to water logging. The flow of tap water is horrible. It took 40 mins to fill a bucket of water. Beds and AC facilities are not up to the mark. We will get better facilities at that price. Drunk staff, and we can see the beer bottles everywhere in the walking place and balcony. The hotel staff are too rude. Not recommended for a short stay either.

My experience at the Chola Resort Hotel was extremely disappointing. The management was unprofessional, and the rooms were filthy with malfunctioning toilets and a mosquito infestation. The air conditioning also didn't work. Given these issues, the price paid was completely unjustified. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

Worst hotel I ever stayed. Booked Superior room but except name there is nothing superior. Everything is inferior. Since we had an unplanned planned visit, had to stay here. Worst Bed where you will feel the bottom, Torn blankets, broken toilet seat cover, make shift toilet tank, frogs & mosquitoes in room. Extra bed was torn and broken into 3 pieces. No quilt. No automatic generator so your sleep will get disturbed if there is power cut. Worst pillows. Small towels. No toilet paper, water is like warm as it's common supply with no geyser. It's worst than a free cottage and should be converted for use by street hawkers.

Worst room.. No blanket.. No drinking water... AC not working... Left over cigarette in bathroom... Bucket and mug is dirty... Lizard, cockroach, frog inside room... Full night we didn't slept..

This wasn't a planned stop for us, but we had a decent meal here on our way back to Bangalore. We ordered the thali, and the variety of dishes was surprisingly good. The fish fry was really delicious, fresh and well made. They have a small play area for kids too. The washroom inside the hotel was not clean, and the one on the outside is still under construction. The service was friendly, and costing was reasonable.
