Worst hotel. I Have booked AC room from cleartrip. However, they have allocated Non AC room. I had to call the customer care thrice with no resolution. Worst behavior by staff as well. Response to owner: I still have my booking details. It still shows air-conditioned room in cleartrip website. I HaVe already raised a complaint in clear trip. I HaVe asked your receptionist to call your owner. He replied saying he doesn't have owner number. Hiding and Replying to Google reviews doesn't prove that you are correct. Atleast update it in cleartrip website that it is a non-ac room and give your contact details to the hotel staff.

I stayed in swathisri Residency Tiruvannamalai for couple of days... The location is very near to the temple which is so impressive.. The staffs are so co operative and friendly... they helped is in every aspect we required... Teuhe rooms are newly renovated and good... Uruuwe highly recommend this property to all..

Hi people we tried to book in this hotel then please send all the details in WhatsApp we shared the same they sent the total amount . Actually we are coming at sat 9pm and leaving Monday 1pm so we asked for if you are calculating rent for 24 hrs if possible please consider this 8 hrs early checkout and send the final price. i have pinged them in a very decent and asked them in a very polite way but the reply we got them is totally unexpected they sent go to hell. If they don't want to the early check out period they can sorry it is not possible saying no option. But they choosed go to hell. When I asked them why are talking like this is very silly question and iam 60yrs old man . age doesnt matter if you don't know how to respect people learn basics first .please go to this hotel I have chat conversation as well how they dealed with thank God I havent booked this hotel

Disappointed with Booking Flexibility and Service We booked a room at SwathiSri Residency, Tiruvannamalai, through Agoda for April 13, 2025, with check-in scheduled from 12:30 PM. We later requested an early check-in or to prepone the booking to April 12, but there was no option provided to change the date or get a refund. The service has been really disappointing, and there was no clear communication or support from the hotel or the booking platform. Please be cautious while booking here,

Recently. I too am with my friends. To do the darshan in Thiruvannamalai. I went to Thiruvannamalai with friends. On the side of the temple, Swati Sri Residency. Says. We stayed. In that residency. Rooms and. The toilet was very fantastic. In addition. The hotel, which was located on the side of the temple's environment, was fantastic, The newly revamped rooms were fine. Room rentals. Was sufficiently. Thank you

Never seen such a bad hotel in recent times. I stayed for two days. There is a calling bell in the room but no room service bell. There is no phone in the room. TV but no remote. There is no water in the water jug. No hot water jug. There are no towels or soaps in the washroom. The room bed sheets were not changed on the second day. The room was not cleaned. Very very bad hotel. Who do not stay here. There are around 50 hotels around the temple. Come here and view rooms and book

Excellent stay....rooms are good...best part is nearby temple...easy to go..Mr. Senthil Kumar guided us in a good way...we will visit again.

It is a average place and the service is also avergae where the only advantage is the temple is infront ant walkable distance. When I visited the renovation works are in place and it was a bit disturbing during nights to sleep. Hot water is very slow in the taps you have to wait for 30mins for a bucket full hot water. If you need a place immediate next to temple then it is a good choice.
