Hotel Ramakrishna

During my recent visit to Arunachalam on 23/04/2025 evening around 6.30 PM. We have gone to this hotel for room booking. I had a very negative experience with the lodge receptionist, who was extremely rude and neglectful. Their unprofessional behavior made it clear that guest comfort and respect are not a priority here. I strongly advise others not to book this hotel based on my experience. I am disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist during my recent stay. Their dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy made the experience quite unpleasant. I expected better hospitality and hope appropriate steps are taken to address this issue.

Rooms are old and not clean.The hotel is under renovation but still they have given the rooms for 4k per night which is rediculusly high for such poor quality of room. The rooms have window ac still. The parking is only for 3 cars.The rest of parkings are next to the petrol bunk which is in a dirty garage where u cant trust to leave ur car for over 2 nights

Stayed there from 8th to 10th Dec 2024. Room was good. Service was prompt. Front Office staff at the time of check in and check out was courteous and swift. Food was tasty. Bath room was spacious and neat. Hot water was available 24/7.

we stayed at ramakrishna by pure chance, for three nights (12-15 feb 2025). when we arrived in tiruvannamalai for visiting ramanasram, we asked a friendly local guy about a good hotel recommendation and he pointed out ramakrishna hotel. the hotel si really good, clean rooms, clean bedsheets, confortable mattresses, ac, hot water day and night, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. the hotel is about 3km away from the ramana ashram, but we walked easily and reached the place in half and hour or we took tuk-tuks and reach there faster. we truly and sincerly recommend hotel ramakrishna.

Food quality has dipped considerably. Had only dosa which wasn't good. Very casual behavior as well from staff.

Room has RATS in it, no hot water, bland food, HIGHLY OVERPRICED- 4000 per night for single room! 5 star hotels like mariott have 8k per night but this DIRTY cheap and old hotel is charging too much... NEVER STAY HERE! NIGHTMARE

We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Ramakrishna, Tiruvannamalai in their suite room @ a reasonable price. Their service was very good. Due to fury of cyclone, which led to the heaviest rain in last 25 years, their hotel got inundated with rain water. Immediately they have shifted the customers to an adjoining hotel at their cost. Their MD Mr.Jaishankar was kind enough enquiring about the well being of the customers. Overall I carry with me good remembrances of there service.

Room was not good and found disgusting things under the bedsheet and room service was also not good and the receptionist did not give any good response they had to change the room 2 times and we had come with a family and not satisfied with the room service
