Hotel Himalayaa, A Bergamont Hotel - Tiruvannamalai

Stayed with Friends and family for two days. Room was very neat and nice. Food was good. Morning Buffet breakfast was good. They have good parking facilities for wheeler.

We had a calm & pleasant stay at Hotel Himalaya. Very friendly staff. Food is good & commuting is easy from the place. Definitely would recommend this new property to have a pleasant stay in Tiruvannamalai.

Small but decent rooms. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The staff are the biggest plus for this property. Food is good. Buffet dinner at Rs. 399 is value for money. Covered Car park is not available. About 4 small cars can be parked at the end of a narrow drive way. Property is not near the temple..

I had booked a 4-night stay at Himalayaa Hotel starting April 29th, knowing I would only arrive early on the morning of April 30th. Unfortunately, my experience from the moment I arrived was disappointing. I was not shown to my room and had to drag my luggage up myself. Upon arrival, it was clearly not prepared. There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, and when I requested them the next day, staff simply handed them to me in a plastic bag without offering to place or arrange them properly. The room itself had multiple cleanliness issues: stained pillowcases, cockroaches in both the toilet and the cupboard, mosquitos and a non-functioning air conditioner that was never fixed and i had to pack all my stuff again to shift to another room. To make matters worse, the hotel consistently had no loose change available at the front desk, which made settling bills or tipping difficult and awkward every day. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope management takes serious steps to improve both cleanliness and guest service. I do have to say however, despite all these, the room service staff who attended to us were very friendly, kind and helpful. I usually stay at Hotel Seasons and this was the first time going to Himalayaa Hotel as Seasons was fully booked. I am very sure this will be the last time here.

The hotel was impressive, with its modern design and luxurious ambiance. It offered a complimentary breakfast buffet, which added great value to our stay. The hospitality and service were exceptional, making our experience truly enjoyable. I would rate it a full 5 stars.

The hotel staff are friendly. Helped with every request regarding late check out due to some personal issue. Also provided us with a suite room.

I recently stayed in this hotel for 3 days 2 night. The room was good but the Toilet was is not clean even though they cleaned. The toilet wall was totally dirty and the toilet bowl was very dirty. I have no choice have to stay in this hotel because it was Deepam Days. The F&B was good and the staffs was too good specially Mr.Ramesh and his kitchen team. Really appreciated. The front office staffs too was good. The bed in the room is making noice when turning from on site to another site. Hotel management pls look on this matters for more comfort stay. it's an beautiful hotel to stay in arunachalam.the auto drivers know this place accurate,so we we can simply go instead of suffering for location.the complimenatary breakfast is very delicious.room service is to quick.and the reception is too responsible for us.when you visit to arunachalam The hotel himalayaa,A Bergamont hotel is the best to stay
