Hotel Arunachala

The hotel is located on the way to the entrance. It is beneficial if you are in a pilgrimage mood. Crowded with devotees, stalls and auto stand right opposite. The staff are very accommodating. From superior, to counter staff to even the housekeeping and restaurant staff are kind of nice. Tips for improvement, have a more structured housekeeping service like other hotels do. Clean the rooms daily. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Execellent property just 2 minute walk to Lord Shiva's main entrance. Service- Reception team is very good. Especially Ms .Sandhiya helped me the registration process and she is very helpful. Other team members in Reception are nice and friendly. Rooms- Simply super. Very neatly maintained.Spacious restroom.Very good and comfitable bed. Breakfast- Complimentary breakfast at 10 AM is cold and did not enjoy much. Overall, i recommend the property to all visitors to the Temple. Best Wishes guys.

Hotel was perfect and ideal for its location especially if you're planning to visit the temple and partake in Girivalam. The only downside is that if you're bringing luggages with you , you have to take an auto or walk to the hotel as the vicinity around the temple is strictly no car / vehicle zone. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared to warn others. From the moment we arrived, the staff's attitude was shockingly unprofessional zand outright rude. We were treated as if we were a burden rather than u th paying guests. There was no greeting, no assistance with luggage, and not even basic courtesy.

Very nice concierge services provided by Varshini, Sandhya, Senthil & Prakash at the reception & logistics matters. We are impressed with their best efforts to think of our next stay here indefinitely. Lovely & the great jobs.. apps consider the promotions for their great efforts

Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioner available. Room had a small balcony with view towards temple entrance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is a challenging point if bringing own car. Overall nice stay, thank you.

.I don't know where to start - the customer service and hospitality of the receptionist staff, restaurant staff, and hotel team are truly exceptional. They are all so humble, it's as if Lord Shiva himself is reflected in their kindness. I witnessed divine love in the way they treated everyone. Trust me, if you are planning a trip to Thiruvannamalai, this is the hotel to choose. If you're looking for high-class luxury and willing to spend more money, this is not the place. Don't expect a 5-star hotel, but you will receive 5-star hospitality. The only issue I faced was that my driver didn't have a single room to sleep in. If you're traveling with a driver, I recommend arranging accommodations for them, which I did at a nearby place. Overall, hats off to the staff and owner. If you are looking for a family stay near raja gopuram in budgeted cost go for this place . I saw 3 places near by and found this place good. Just that pest control should be done bec I found lot of cockroaches . Apart from that service is good , staffs are friendly and restaurant food is good quality, tasty and price is affordable. Book in advance so u may get in more reasonable price. Rest rooms were very clean Restaurant accepting only cash
