The room was very clean. Soap and shampoo were provided. The shower had warm water. However, the air conditioner remote control didn't work. I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed at this hotel for my brother's marriage function, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel was very neat and clean, and the rooms were ready on time. The staff were polite, helpful, and extremely cooperative. When one of our guests fell ill, they went above and beyond by helping take them to the hospital, a level of care you don't often see in hotels. The pricing was absolutely fair for the amenities provided, it was worth every penny spent. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay!

They were very accommodating even though we had to make a sudden reservation. The fan in the room wasn't working, but the staff quickly responded and we were able to stay comfortably. I also slept well in the bed. Thank you very much.

Rooms were clean, but washroom was smelly & floor was not clean, ordered food and it was delivered after an hour. We were 2 hours late for check out, the staff first talked about rules, refused to give the bill for extra 500rs we were asked to pay, staff gave us their personal number for money transfer.

Worst customer service. Although rooms are clean, customers are treated very badly. The receptionists are the worst and annoying. They did a bad job. We almost booked all of the rooms for wedding in advance by two months, later on during our stay they changed terms and made the whole experience despicable. They do not have a restaurant yet room charges are high. It's high time they change their attitude and value customers.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The price at the time of booking was different from what I was charged at check-in, which felt misleading. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and did not handle guests properly. Poor service and lack of transparency made the stay frustrating. I would not recommend this place.

Excellent service, beautiful and clean rooms. Staff are kind and cooperative and very professional, special mention for Prabha, S.Balaji, M. Balaji. Extremely courteous and accomodating. Would definitely visit next time, and will also recommend to friends and families.
