I has a bitter experience in this stay with respect to staff behaviour and room maintenance. I rated very low initially. Then I got a call from Mr.Govardhan-Operations manager. He was very courteous and polite. I believe he understood my concerns and genuine feedback. He addressed my issues. I am satisfied with his swift response and he assured he will take necessary improvements. I am giving better rating for his courteous approach.

Not so good as the reviews. If planning on poornima. There is no route to the hotel. You have to park far away and walk to hotel so fyi. No key cards. They have keys to rooms. Other than that the food is good and also has parking place .

During my recent trip to Thiruvannamalai, I stayed at Arpanaa Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was a mixed bag, leaning towards disappointment. While the staff's warm hospitality was a redeeming factor, the hotel's infrastructure and maintenance fell short of expectations. The rooms and facilities are outdated and in dire need of renovation. The beds are not at all comfortable and Cleanliness & maintenance were not up to the mark, which was a major letdown. The bathroom, in particular, seemed unplanned and lacked basic amenities. The restaurant, too, failed to impress. Despite expecting a satisfying dining experience, I was served meager portions of food, which were overpriced. The lack of transparency and fairness in their pricing is a significant turn-off. Unless the hotel undergoes a significant revamp of its rooms and services, I would advise others to explore better options. A fair balance between quality, quantity, and pricing is essential for any establishment, and unfortunately, Arpanaa Hotel falls short on all these aspects. I recommend the hotel management to.. - Renovate rooms and facilities - Improve cleanliness and maintenance - Enhance bathroom amenities - Revise pricing strategy for food and services - Increase transparency and fairness in pricing I hope this feedback will help the hotel management to take necessary steps to improve their services and infrastructure.

It was a very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly. It was near the temple. The complementary breakfast was also very tasty and nice.

The rooms are okay . It is very close to the mountain . It's not close to the Ashrams but is close to town and the Arunachala mountain path walk. The food is good and lots of vegetarian options and a multi cuisine buffet at the weekends , They do have some Indian classical music at the weekends .

If you like veg pizza, you should definitely try this place. Their Service and maintenance method is very nice and kind. We liked the pizza we ate in Tiruvannamalai, and we'll tell you if we liked it.

I haven't stayed in this hotel but I went to their restaurant, good location, enough parking, excellent variety of vegetarian cuisine, freshly prepared, nice helpful staff.

5/5 stars! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service made our stay truly enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!
