Dear The Pebble Hotel Management. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at The Pebble Hotel, where I stayed for six days. At the time of booking, I requested a single occupancy room, and I was quoted a rate of 1800 per day, which was agreed upon. However, upon checking in, I was informed that I would be staying in a different room at a rate of 2000 per day, with the promise that I would be moved to the originally agreed room the next day. Unfortunately, despite following up with your team, the room was never changed, and we were told to stay in the same room at the 1800 rate, which we did based on your confirmation. However, upon checking out, we were charged the full 2000 per day rate, which was both unexpected and disappointing. What was even more concerning was the unprofessional attitude displayed by the front office staff when we raised this issue. The argument that ensued did not reflect well on the hotel's reputation and left us feeling disrespected. Ultimately, we paid the 2000 per day rate for our stay, but I believe this experience has led to the loss of a valued customer. I hope this feedback reaches the attention of the hotel's management, including the chairman, to ensure future guests do not face similar issues. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to avoid such situations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.....The breakfast was delicious... great value for money... The staff were attentive..

Complimentary breakfast they provide, but it takes 1 hour.. Taste ok.. but I assure you ,will be frustrated before finishing your breakfast.. one of the worst maintained washbasin area.. in the restaurant. Electricity problems we face in 2 nd floor.. All rooms not fully in operational condition.. I chosed this property, because it's zip group.. it's not worth it , and they spoil that brand name also.. Overall front office staffs , good, but they don't have support from Top management and lower management staffs... please check the room personally before you take decision..

Had such a worst experience in this hotel stay. They do not have adequate electricity. Constant fluctuations. Staffs are extremely rude especially the manager who sits in the reception has got attitude and think he is the superior. Also be careful when you visit this place. They allot you one room and if yourn't happy with the room they will allot another room but will not communicate this with you properly. Eventually they will request you to pay for both the rooms stating that they have arranged the room but you did not use it. If they haven't informed us how will you know. Maybe it is one of the strategies to cheat people and earn money. Cheap tactics. Also room cost is exuberant. They charge you 3000 for such a small room and call it suite room. For this price there are hotels in that nearby local who provide complimentary breakfast. Finally if you want to have such a bad, horrible experience then visit this place else for God sake skip it.

I recently booked a room here..I will never recommend the hotel to anyone.worst hospitality, management,service also under grade..very dirty bathroom and I book a/c room but a/c didn't work..breakfast was good but u don't get a south indian food..fully north indian menu..room are good but bedsheet not changed and billow also dirty and some blood marks. I never stay again in this hotel outer ambiance good but inner not upto mark..no service boys u order something never get early...

worst hotel in Tirupur. Service was so bad, ac was making only noise. The location was terrible. Don't ever visit this hotel. morning breakfast was very bad.

I am forced to give this place 1 star since Google reviews don't have an option to rate 0 or in negative. Pathetic is an understatement to describe this place. We were visiting Tiruppur for attending a function. The host booked a Deluxe Room in this hotel since it was very close to the venue of the function. When I showed my booking to the front desk personnel, one was busy talking over phone while the other person stared at me indifferently as though I was asking him for alms. After making me want for 5 minutes he just gave a key and told me that my room number is 408 in the fourth floor. I have never seen this kind of reception in any hotel. The room was okay. The bathroom was in a dilapidated condition. The TV in the room was not functioning. The intercom phone was not working. Websites like Agoda claim that there is free WiFi. But, that is just a claim but not in reality. I happened to see a sticker in the bathroom that read "SAVE WATER". Initially i thought it was just a customary advice that we see in hotels advising guests not to waste water. But, the next morning i realised the meaning. When I woke up around 7 in the morning there was no water in the bathroom. When I went to the front desk stating that there was no water, the person over there nonchalantly asked me to wait until the electrician comes to fix some issue. When I told him that I have to leave by 8, he reluctantly asked me to use the bathroom in either 407 or 409 and gave me the key. I had no option but to use that bathroom. While stepping out i asked him to fix the water supply at least by the time I am back. He assured that it would be fixed. When I came back by 10:30 am the situation was still the same. There was no water. I checked out of the room and gave the key at the front desk telling that there was no water. The person was busy speaking over the phone and didn't even bother to listen. I threw the key on the desk and walked away. It is better to use the public toilet or the waiting room in the railway station rather then staying at this place.
