Purple Hotels - Tirupur

Got a room at a very good price... Room was awesome.. very spacious... The name of the hotel is confusing.. in goibibo it was different name. In Google it is purple hotel.. but the name of the hotel is wow hotel... I will not suggest to have food from here. I ordered non veg meals.. it was 380 rs.. not worth.. But hotel is awesome .. friendly employees.. ample car parking space.

Really a worst experience.. we booked all 6 rooms one day for our relatives, during check in reception they demand money(to pay immediately full amount) at 11pm, anyway We paid the fully. Around 12pm for extra beds the receptionist asks money immediately. Really I have never seen such a worst hotel. Completely money minded hotel and the service also very poor. Rooms are normal without hot water for most of the rooms. Please don't book this hotel

Very very bad experience at Purple hotel Tirupur. We booked rooms based on reviews. No, boards outside, phone switched off. With great difficulty after a long drive, we finally found the place. No, occupants at all, no, food. Very irresponsible response. We were very disappointed and had to fend our way to Ginger hotel, which we found was reasonably good and comfortable.

The worst service that Ive ever experienced in my life. The staff is disgustingly rude and disrespectful. They're forcing guests to make extra payments just so they could take a cut from it. The reception staff especially the old bald guy is just very rude and shamelessly disrespectful towards everyone. We had stayed 1 night before coming back that time we also we got a room which reeks of mice. Such a disgusting experience, PLEASE NEVER GO THERE!

Worst management ....reception rascals ..cheaters ...not considering online bookings ..criminals selling to others for money ..no loyalty no proper service ..response .hurted me lot when I went for check-in ur 2 rooms sold ...I have proper booking for date ..don't go to this hotel ..there are many good hotel ..don't stay .. Receiption person is a B**tard . Abusing my wife and 4 year kid ... They telling we don't have responsibility... Time wasted ..dont go to this hotel don't prefer . Fraud management ..don't even stopped me while going ...legal action will be initiated..breaching the code .. happened on 18.05.2024 ( I have evidence for booking )

The place is so clean and neat. Ambience is too good with roof top dining. The food is also good. The manager and the staffs were so kind and they managed the function properly and their desert carrot halwa with ice cream) is top notch. They also have various party halls and rooms with parking facility.

Really very nice hotel.. We celebrate birthday here all staffs service kindly nd friendly move with us.. Food are very hygienic and tasty... We njoyed well.. Thanks purple
