Worst reception experience ever. Never had an experience like this before in any of the places visited. Worst customer service and they don't even know to how to treat a customer. They also don't provide proper explanation and they will keep you waiting outside reception. I would have given zero star if there is an option for it. Don't book or stay in this hotel if you want peace and relaxed stay. They don't even care about their customers. Very poor customer support. They also have hotel in different names but all of them are same. For each floor they have a different name also.

Worst hotel with 0%staff commitment and worst service. Pls don't book this hotel if you prefer ambience and cleanliness. Photos juz bluff. Worst reception experience. OYO must take necessary action towards staff commitment and behaviour. Not at all couple friendly. They say in tirupur couples are not allowed afterall I'm married and have a kid . Wonder the hotel is in INDIA or somewhere in gulf Overall rating 1/5

They trying to loot the money every possible ways. We 5 people booked the hotel through OYO. They demanded original ID cards, even digilocker, xerox copy, scanned copy, downloading aadhar from aadhar site also not acceptable. They demanded all 5 should come for book the hotel. 1 person unable to come, so they neither they allow us to check-in nor refunded. Beware of this looters..

Please do not book here through Oyo, they literally torture the oyo customer. Fraud staff , even for the prepaid booking they denied my booking .. Don't take chance booking here it may be worst experience of your life. They have registered same hotel with various fake name , more than 10 names they used to list on online booking platform. If you book here your money is gone. Even oyo customer support did not take any action after reported their fraud. They are still cheating the customers.

I am full happy on this hotel .I booked achi hotel but I have no intrest that rooms then I call oyo customer .I tell please modify and change my booking in another hotel .they change a hotel The maark .Rooms all very cleaned.all good facilities in this hotel avilable.Receptionist a good person and helping mind person . management also excellent .I suggest ,family,couples,solo,business people,friends,I have full enjoy on this hotel and full calm and peace Silent place ..... Safe and secure ...parking also good.....No about to tell bad in this hotel ...full of positive ...And. Very very cleaned rooms are royal look full neat perfume I was excellent to see this hotel .

They exist with different names in different platforms. Green stone in OYO. In google, some number just to avoid negative review. Worst customer service and rogue staff behaviour. The Grand Hospitality is the real name. Sadness is they don't even know the meaning for hospitality.

Try to take money from every way possible. No Original Id then 1k else check out with your guests. Booked rooms through online for about 27 guest. Receptionist tells that he will only give rooms when all 27 guest arrive at once. WORSTU EXPERIENCE EVER!

Worst experience. Never try them through oyo. They have hidden policies not to allow you if you book via oyo or booking.com. already people commented, so not repeating. I had same experience.
