OYO Flagship White Cloud Hotel

Every room is problem there ,first i went one room, that room fan speed not working, bathroom flush not working,pillow cover and bedsheet not washing,very very dirty ,rooms also not proper cleaning,lots of hair falls ,so i change the another room ,that room also same condition bathroom wash not working,some lights are not working,dirty pillow covers and bedsheet...smells also not good ...

It was a very bad experience. I had already booked through oyo and they refused saying that we will not take online booking. It was much more expensive than online booking. There were no lights in the bathroom and the bedsheet was also torn.

Except for the location everything about this hotel is worst. Worst room with poor Lights (one cant read anything in those Lights. I booked an AC room, the lady at the reception use to cutoff the power of AC from outside. Out of 3 nights I was able to use AC for one night. Also the AC had a water leakage problem which made the entire floor wet on the first day. No one came to clean it during the entire stay. The receptionist put the towel on the floor to soak the water. Now guess how good the towel was. Dirty bedsheet and worn-out towels. I have taken room with breakfast and paid Rs 300/- extra per day. All i received was idli sambhar from a roadside vendor for all three days. I was told room with drinking water and breakfast. I have to personally walk to the reception to fill the bottle from the water jar placed near reception. That to those jar were almost of the time empty or with very less water. Bathroom was horrible with tap broken and no water supply. When the water was available it took 45 minutes to fill a bucket. No shower working.

I booked 5 rooms thru agoda app 2 months prior. Once we reached the hotel, the receptionist said they didn't accept any booking for past 1 month, but when I told them I booked 2 months back, she said elusive answers and told me I have to pay again which was almost 3X the amount I paid in app. Obviously they did this on purpose, knowing people can't change the plan last minute when with family. Horrible experience, please don't book rooms here.

Not at all recommending this hotel. the worst experience in my entire booking experience. The lady staff named amrutha was bargaining for extra 300 rupees for already booked room. They are not considering agoda and Oyo flag ship rate. Also the bathrooms are not maintained and full of leakage issues. Bad smells comes from toilet. Bed covers are over used and not neat. Totally unsatisfied for the money I have paid. I'm giving zero rating without a second thought.

Worst booking experience in my entire booking history. The lady staff named amrutha, was soo rough and was asking for extra amount for already booked room from agoda. The hotel is maintained in a very bad condition with leakage issues. The lady staff already booked the room for marriage party in offline and reduced the checkout time for me , they are running the hotel with zero customer friendly manner and also doing illegal booking apart from online booking. Not at all recommending for anyone

Now a days clean and good property today date 25 /08/2024 good staffs . Clean and service very nice . Come and stay . Receptionist also nice . Monday to Thursday only 1200 rs . Weekends only price high.

They don't care anything about the OYO guidelines or anything, they don't even allow to take up bookings less than 1000/-, the person replying to this reviews are copy pasting the messages, that's all. The a/c at our room is not wokring, the water supply was not working, it took hours to get those ready. The cleanliness of the room was utter bad. Please don't take the room, This doesn't even have a basic lodge requirements. The staff working here is OK, they are trying their best, the owner of the building, please do the needful to your damn building!
