OYO Flagship 810217 Hotel Vijayalakshmi

We took a Deluxe Room which was not worth the amount paid, but it was okay. However, the service was the worst I've ever experienced in my life - if I could give a negative star, I would. I never suggest anyone stay here.

Worst experience ever in a hotel. The rooms were filthy with very bad stinking sheets , toilets were very dirty . And the check in process with oyo was a huge hassle as they demanded extra payment than what was shown in Oyo . They said no room if you didn't make additional payment . Please do not go there even at your worst cases .

One KM from new bus stand, rooms are not that good. I would'nt suggest for family stay. Hardware in washroom are broken

Worst experience. Was denied entry. Booked the room seeing that unmarried couple was allowed, but was denied the entry and the amount was not refunded. Worst experience, and they don't know how to keep up the promise once maid. Untrustworthy ppl. Won't prefer any room in future.

***CAUTION*** Pls don't book the room in this hotel. First of all the location is incorrect. We paid full payment in Oyo but they ask for more money. Maintenance is very poor. Unsatisfied reception service. They cheating the customers.

This hotel has 28 rooms both Ac and Non AC. I chose non AC renovated room on 3rd floor which was comfortable as evening weather was cool. There is no hotel or eating place nearby, but their room service was very good. Lift is available and those who want a decent accomodation at reasonable rate with in close viscinity of busstand, railway station can opt this hotel.

We booked super luxury AC room in hotel Vijaya Lakshmi through oyo app, had ever seen such a Worst hotel room. Had changed 2 rooms due to dirt and bad smell. They didn't even cleaned floor of stairs lift. Rooms are really very worst you can find 2kgs of dust and mud on door handle itself. Washrooms are smelling bad.even in the second room too cigarette smoke filled and there were glasses bottle laying on tables. There is no Geaser for taking bath. Never choose this worst hotel.

Don't book this hotel at any cost. They will charge you only 600 to 700 in Oyo , Agoda and other online booking platform. When you book online and go in person they will tell you that rooms are not available. And they will charge you 1300 for 5 hours. Worst experience.
