OYO Flagship 6178 Hotel Nstar Heritage

This hotel is bang opposite the railway station and if you get the room on higher floors you can enjoy the station view from the gallery. On the other side is one of the most important and busiest roads of the city. The staff is very good. Always smiling they never talk rude or misbehave. They are all for you. They helped me in whatever I asked them to. Only one small problem, is that they never gave room service properly. Room service department is little pr so to say. As such there is no restaurant in the hotel but still. But overall experience was very good.

Located close to Railway station. Near by Bus stops are there. Location wise good. Hotel and its rooms are very nice. Bed and furniture are top quality. AC and fan are there. Bathroom room quite neat and clean. Warm and cold water for bath available. In some rooms tube light is not glowing, bathroom hooks and towel bars are not there. Poorly maintained bathroom window allows the mosquitoes to enter through it. No problem, mosquito repellant is available on demand. Some AC may not be so good. TV with cable connection is there. Poorly maintained lift makes some noise. Normally we used the lift. While vacating the the room we avoided the lift because we don't have sufficient time to reach out our next destination. Complimentary breakfast given at the restaurant in ground floor and found to be better than Aryabhavan's near by. Office is at the basement. Staffs are polite and helping. No Bar so one can stay here without any fear with children and family. A Good Hotel.

Travelled to Tiruppur to attend a concert and decided to stay over here. Check in was quick and efficient with very pleasant desk clerks. The room was spacious enough with 2 queen sized beds. Everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is especially nice with a large selection of hot and cold items including made to order omelets, and pastries from the Hotel Nstar Residency

This Hotel costs me 1090 bucks for a classic room. Yes 1090 bucks! But this is the worst hotel I had ever stay in oyo hotels. I am attaching some photos so that you can understand my points. AC is flooding my room, so noisy that I had to shut it down. Bathroom is so strained, shower is hurting with its sharp speedy discharge. Floor is exfoliating it's wardrobe, walls are not so behind from the floor, it is also releasing its plaster. The furnitures are expecting to go to a oven for their cremation and new life. Only south indian free channels are available in TV. I think these are enough for the review.

Lady receptionist was rude. None of the Electrical points required for charging the mobiles were working in both the rooms booked. Hot water not available. Restrooms are badly maintained. Smell of cigarette smoke in rooms. The big advantage is that the rooms are close to Railway station. The male receptionist allowed us to stay an hour after the check out timing,which was helpful !

The hotel was built with high paying clientel... But it's not mentioned well. The rooms despite having more than needed furniture compare to other hotels in the same price range ... The same is well kept or mentioned properly.. or updated to current styles.. The bathrooms too say a sad story.. the fixtures are old and hard water has taken a toll on them.. and the management has not cleaned it or changed it.. The staff is not proactive.. It's cooperative and polite but not proactive. I truelty belive with very little invenment the management can turn the looks of the place around. And offer it's clients more better experience.. Giving it 3 stars for its location and overall efforts of the staff to keep the place running despite all ods

Worst service from oyo ,we booked room when we reached to hotel they are saying room is full no room available, then we called oyo customer care we explained problem to care they said we will transfer to higher. Offical but they put hold for nearly 20 mins after that call was disconnected we tried nearly 2 hrs same things is happened they didn't refund tha amount too. We are waiting in road for morethan hrs no responsble from oyo they are number one cheated. Most of the customer care speak only hindi they don't understand english. Such a worst experience from oyo

Really bad place for the money paid. Every room is judged mainly with it's facilities. Here the TV is not digital, toilet and bathroom is very much outdated, furniture provided in the room is too old, not clean enough to be called OYO property, AC was switched off at night by turning off the main control, plug points were so bad that I couldn't even charge my phone, deal was inclusive of breakfast which I thought would be good but we were given coupons to a restaurant that gave us very minimal choices..... Only good thing is it's location which is just outside the railway station
