OYO 80562 Star Blu

Worst reception experience ever. Never had an experience like this before in any of the places visited. Worst customer service and they don't even know to how to treat a customer. They also don't provide proper explanation and they will keep you waiting outside reception. I would have given zero star if there is an option for it. Don't book or stay in this hotel if you want peace and relaxed stay. They don't even care about their customers. Very poor customer support. They also have hotel in different names but all of them are same. For each floor they have a different name also. Completely fraud hotel. Stay away from this receptionist.

They book rooms through websites and deny check-in asking for original Aadhar card for every person want to stay. There is no way to cancel and get the refund. Fraud. We wasted around 4500rs on this hotel. No support from website (goibibo) also. In front of my eyes another 2 parties denied check in and money gone since there is no way to cancel. Please don't book in this hotel and loss your money. Not family friendly. Parking is worst. They guide to park vehicle in another property where security there denies entry.

The hotel is very much agitated with Oyo bookings and they behaved so rude with all customers. The staff tell us to cancel oyo bookings first and when we refused, they apply a special rule that original I'd proof like aadhaar or license will have to be handed over to them till check out. They are also saying if you directly book with us, you dont have to show any proof... Both the staff and manager were talking sarcastically , asking questions like are you educated, go and talk to Oyo, we dont care, we will break the phone if you complain about us and made us wait till night 11 pm without checking in. Not just us, they made another couple and a family of 10 members to cancel the oyo bookings, threatening this I'd proof holding issue. Whole night we were afraid of staying in that hotel, we kept awake. Please don't get cheated....

No about to tell because all are very good Receptionist also very calm type and helping mind Room are very excellent Parking also safe and Hotel all common place a camera 24 hours security Family children's all like the hotel star blue... .... They are providing sanitized rooms. Rooms are rich look and high quality

WORST. HORRIBLE - EVEN AFTER FULL PAYMENT ONLINE DOES NOT GIVE ROOMS. NO SIGNBOARD AS OYO STARBLU If you book online through bOOKING, Goibibo or MMtrip etc the hotel rejects and does not give rooms asking for original AAdhaar, Covid Negative certificate etc FOR EVERY PERSON STAYING IN THE ROOM Because they give away rooms at twice or thrice the online rate for Rs 2500 to 3000 for people who approach directly - especially on Marriage or Function days, when there is high demand. No document is needed if you approach directly.

No idea in what world they are living still!! The reception staff is rejecting the original Aadhar card provided by the government, but asking for laminated card. And he has denied room service just for asking the same. High recommendation not to book!!!!

Please never book this hotel. Very bad experience. Also never book hotels in OYO. Worst customer care behavior. If there is negative star rating options. I would recommend to give -5 rating.

One of the worst front desk management. Please donot go there if u want to have a pleasant experience . Unclean bathrooms and no response from the front desk . Worst experience ever
