Hotel Viswa's

This hotel really makes me believe that Google reviews are NOT trust worthy I am surprised about the "Awesome" and "Great" reviews that I see for this hotel here I was booked by my client for 4 nights. When I checked in late on my first night, these are the sequence that followed 1. Smelly elevator 2. Smelly room. However, they tried to cover it up with a room freshener. Smell was so bad that I went down to the restaurant to eat 3. Air conditioner did not function. Though it was running 4. No hot water in the shower. Though I emptied 2 to 3 buckets waiting for it 5. Cockroaches roaming around. I had to keep all my stuff covered Finally, I decided to check out the next morning. One night is the maximum that could be done When I informed the counter during checkout, the person started abusing me. Finally, I had to beg his pardon. My mistake to have informed. I should have just wrote a Google review!!! Meanwhile, I just wonder how I find 5 Star reviews for this hotel. Google should introduce a No-Star option The torn and dirty curtain picture for reference

We went here for a small function the hall was in the 1st floor the hall can accommodate 40-50 people at once. It was clean and maintained in a neat manner. The location is very near from SAP bus stand. The food & catering service was good. Overall I liked this place's hall and the service. The place is maintained in a neat way

Very worse service to ever witness.. please don't ever visit this hotel .. if you are willing to stay in between trash you can definitely go for this place.. I have shared the images of the room which was provided to us as new booking .. on top of it all they are least bothered about the consequences which was faced in front of them..

Nice area and Good service, the rooms are good and the bed is so comfortable except sometimes the cleaning person leaving the windows open as the bugs are entering, and there are small small insects in toilets that too, if you complain they'll do the needful. Nice place i personally recommend.

Awesome experience at this stay. The rooms are so clean. The staff are very helpful and supportive. Aesthetics are so good. The food tasted nice. Wi-Fi also okay but can be connected by only guests per room

The rooms were good, but the toilet was not well-maintained, and there was no hot water. Not up to a 3-star standard.

Everything is BAD abt this Hotel..Pathetic Customer service, AIRCON ,TV DO NOT WORK, TOILETS AND ROOM FULL OF COQCROACHES.. STAFF DONOT RESPOND TILL U ACTUALLY SHOUT AND COMPLAIN..INTERCOMS REMAIN UNANSWERED..DO NOT KNOW WHOM TO COMPLAIN AS COMPLAINT AT RECEPTION DONOT WORK.

Nice and compact halls for events.. very neet and clean.. food also better
