Hotel The Home, conveniently located near Tirupur railway station, offers a mixed experience. **Pros:** - **Convenience:** Proximity to the railway station makes it a practical choice for travelers. - **Parking:** Available for both cars and bikes in the basement. - **Room Quality:** Rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. Restrooms are clean, and room service is efficient. **Cons:** - **Room Condition:** Some bed sheets were torn, indicating a need for better maintenance. - **Pricing Issues:** AC rooms are priced at 2350 for a 24-hour stay with a 1-hour grace period. However, the hotel did not offer any discounts or perks for booking multiple rooms. - **Billing Confusion:** There was a significant billing error where an advance payment of 10,000 was made, but later the hotel claimed it only covered two rooms, requiring additional payment for the third room. - **Inflexibility:** An unforeseen circumstance required a room for only 4 hours. The hotel demanded the full room rate of 2350 or a reduced rate of 1850 for 4 hours, which seemed unreasonable. - **Additional Charges:** Extra beds and other services were charged at full price, with no consideration for the bulk booking of multiple rooms over consecutive days. This was compounded by frequent calls demanding payment. **Overall Experience:** The main challenge here is the inflexible and somewhat confusing pricing policy. If the hotel refines its pricing structure and offers clearer communication at reception, it could be a more attractive option.

Good place to visit family and bachelor but cost will be high.

Rooms are very clean and good. But cost of the room is too high. Better owner should revise some amount bit lesser based on customer experience

Had a great comfortable stay. The rooms were maintained properly and all the facilities were there like car park, AC, Hot water. The location also main its in 1 way road. Definitely would recommend this place for stay.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The location is also convenient. Free wifi is available. 500 ml mineral water is complimentary and afterward they charge. There is no complimentary breakfast like other hotels. Located just above South Indian bank. Complimentary soap, shampoo is available but they don't provide toothpaste, toothbrush and shaving kits like other hotels.

Worst Experience. The Staffs cheated the Tariff at last minutes. While Booking they confirmed one price and during checkout they charged additional 2000 Rs and said that they had wrongly commited the tariff while Booking. Staffs very rude. Worst experience. Surely will not recommend anyone for the stay.

Hotel rooms are good and ambience of the hotel is also good. But they do not have an in-house restaurant that is a minus point for them. Drinking water shall be complimentary up to a limit after that you can charge as per bottle but they are not providing drinking water, you have to buy. Rooms are neat & clean amenities are also good. Okay for me as I was traveling alone. Overall good experience.

Booked room via cleartrip where the booking was confirmed and I paid the entire amount. Last minute hotel said that room is not confirmed and asked me to check other option. I was traveling with my wife and it's very unfair to do this. The hotel management should maintain a proper communication with external agents and do a proper follow up.
