HOTEL RSB PLAZA

I have been staying here for the past 3 days. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Feel like a 4 star hotel, The staff is very friendly, The services are very good, It's worthy for your rate.

That's such a heartwarming experience! It's rare to find such understanding and generosity in businesses these days, especially when they go the extra mile like that. My experience: I booked a room in this hotel and paid 2500/- in the morning, but when I couldn't check in later in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a full refund as soon as I informed them. Both Executive Sri Mahendran and the hotel MD Sri Kartikeyan ere incredibly selfless and courteous, leaving me with the impression that trust and faith still hold real value in this world.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with the staff's warmth and the room's comfort exceeding my expectations. The amenities were top-notch, making it a memorable experience.

Good clean hotel. ac working well. water with extra force. nice rooms but small.

Called to enquire about the room to book but when called in the contact details given the person was so latargic to reply and asked to sent hi to his no and didn't give proper reply. Waste hotel call them and check properly otherwise they will cheat you. Worst experience will not recommend this hotel to any one. Get lost

Hotel rooms are ok,but the person who is at reception has very bad attitude and the way he talks to his client is VERY VERY BAD.He treats u like a PRISONER .he called me morning 6.45am to check out of hotel and I told him standard time is 11-12 he was angry and cut my phone and then told me to chk out before 8am and they switch off my lights at 7.30 and I was forced to check out at 8.UF U WANNA STAY AT THIS HOTEL BE READY FOR BAD ATTITUDE .......

All facilities were good and staffs done nice service. Suitable for family stay.
