Hotel H.V. Tower

Value for money. I paid 2000 for three person, one room. Two separate big beds. But the condition of the rooms are poor. Damaged switches, no WiFi. But for 2000 rupees for 3 people, there wasn't that cheaper options available near that place

Poor room service. Water leakage inside the room and washroom. No light in the washroom. No safety for women and children. Liquor bottles and cigarettes were present inside the room. Bad odour. No worth for money. Room full of insects. Windows were unable to open....No air circulation in the room. No proper response was given by the management. Extra fee for blanket or any other needs. The wash basin was not proper... Unable to wash the hands.

The room was not clean.The bathroom door didn't open and close properly worst condition. Faucet is broken. Mirror around the tap wash basin worst condition. in shower water is not coming properly two three holes only its coming. There were lot of cockroaches in the room especially cupboard.But I really hated our stay in this hotel. It was horrible. Disappointed with this hotel.

No hot water heater in time. They have centralized heaters but for some reason 6 of our rooms don't have h hot water. They don't provide blankets for ac rooms. One star for clean room and decent bed

Booked the room before one month, its a n executive rooms. Booked nearly 10rooms including executive and non executive. In one of the executive room the AC was not functioning (this was find out by the guest after the check in), we complained them about the AC, they literally create a fake situation that the mechanic is coming to repair the AC. To the last minute they didn't come. In that they were not providing the AC remote for each room, to control the AC need to call them frequently.

Was not the first choice but we ended up here. 1.Rooms are not well ventilated. You'll feel suffocated so please ask for a room with a window if you end up here. 2.Decent bed. That's all you can say. Nothing great. 3.If you spend 200 or 300 more, you'll get better rooms with wifi nearby itself. 4.The main and the most horrible experience! We were late for about 2 hrs to check out, and the owner started to make a scene and made us pay the whole day's bill (It became half day after a lot of shouting). It's very clear that he'll choose 500rs over customer satisfaction/service any day. 5.Dont expect them to be proactive on anything. Be it serving water to giving back the ID proof to letting you know that it's time to check out. Note :The person on night shift is way better and I can see other reviews also mentioning good stuff about him. Sad that he's working under such a boss.

One of the worst lodge ever visited.. highly restricted for family and children stay.. poor service and uncleaned materials used in rooms.. leakage of AC vents ,creates water spread around the room.. not even quater % worth the money. Booked a room and recieved a worst room. Not worth of even a single start in rating..totally fake adevedisment shown in website..

Room was full of cockroach they took 1000rs but it was not worthy even the bathroom was horrible the shower was broken plug points of that hotel was very terrible I had baddest experience in my entire travel life we didn't even have hot water availability even if we were ready to pay.
