The receptionist was not aware of the basics of hospitality. The facility seems to be in a pathetic condition and is not even suitable to receive a 0-star rating. The rooms are on the 4th floor; however, the lift was not working. The AC was not functioning, and a remote was not provided in the room. The ceiling fan speed regulator was not working, and the fan operates at a high speed all the time. The cleanliness of the bathroom is appalling. The TV remote was not provided until we checked out, despite repeated requests. The AC was not working around 9 pm, and no one answered the reception phone. There was no light in the corridor area, so we had to search for the AC breaker using a mobile light and switch it on ourselves. The AC went off multiple times during the night. Additionally, the AC went off again in the early morning hours and came on around 7:15 am. Drinking water was not provided in the room, and although breakfast was included, we were charged for the tea served. Overall, it was a horrible experience/stay at this hotel, and it is not recommended for a decent family stay.

Booked hotel through FAB. Arrived on 13 aug early morning. We paid 600 advance. Then after checking room...it's total worst . Even not worth of 200 rs lodge. Very bad room condition. We asked for refund they not paid. Then we left without staying and donating 600 rs to them. Not recommended at all.. pls stay away.

Worst experience!!!! If you're seeking accommodation in Tiruppur, I advise against choosing this hotel. Our experience didn't match their promised services. The bed sheet had a stain, the AC was inconsistent, there was no bathroom exhaust fan, and the mirror light malfunctioned. Check online reviews for better options.

this is one of the worst experiences i've had. the receptionists were very rude and maid who acts like their translator was also very rude. they were not talking to you unless you aren't from south about rooms they were full of mold, weird stains on the bed and dirty washrooms. everything in the room was dirty and only ac were working in a decent manner

How do I call this even a hotel is not reaching my mind. Internet shows decent acceptable score while the reality is far from the ratings. The untidy rooms, uncourteous staff except the only one housekeeping lady who obliged to replace the dirty linen with a little less dirty one. Without wasting my time commenting on the status I conclude by saying this is not a hotel at all......

My stay at this hotel was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay. The room condition is opposite of the images given on the google. Stains on bedsheet, broken bathroom ceiling etc.

If u want to feel like u have reached a goverment alcohol shop , please do visit this hotel, the receptionist and cleaning staff may give u drunk vibes , they won't communicate with u even if u know Hindi English both, that Nepali maid knew Hindi but only for shouting not for helping , they even don't know that bill has to be provided. The hotel is a total disaster , let me provide u with the list of complaints: 1. Water leaking from AC 2. AC not working , getting on and off on its own 3. Ceiling broken in washroom and some are way dirty 4. All dirty stained bedsheets and blankets 5. Coackroches in washroom 6. No proper lighting and switches don't work 7. Broken mirror

Wrost experience.. no proper service nothing No water and complimentary food also no given which was mentioned in agoda while booking Insects running here and there all the sides of the room No proper maintenance No wifi No sanitary kit No parking facility There is no proper response when we ask any request in reception Wrst ever experience and please dont blindly book just seeing the pictures These were the issues I experienced personally
