Brindhavan Hotel

I have booked 3 rooms including complimentary breakfast for 6 peoples. The service by the hotel manager Mr Selvakumar at the reception and the resturant service teams jagadish have well taken care of us like a homestay. The morning complementary breakfast service is good. Much happy for their wonderful care and service. Will look forward once again. Regards Rajesh

I had a great stay at this hotel! The complimentary breakfast was really good with a variety of options. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay pleasant. Plus, the location is excellent--just a short walk from the railway station, which made travel very convenient. Highly recommended!

What I liked the most here is the kind hospitality and helpfulness of the staff here. We checked in at 2 am, and unlike most hotels in India, the process was pretty seamless. The food is also good here, with complimentary breakfast. Good and easy location too, just 500 m from the railway station.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the rooms were good in terms of space and appearance, the service was very disappointing. There was no hot water available in both rooms. I have kids, and despite calling room service multiple times, the issue was not fixed. Due to the delay, my kids had to bathe in cold water, which was very uncomfortable. The AC was running but did not cool properly, making the rooms stuffy. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches spotted in both rooms, which was extremely unhygienic. We also ordered tea, expecting regular milk, but what we received was powdered milk, which was not up to the mark at all. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and maintenance of the hotel. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves for future guests.

Good place to stay. Ambient environment, rooms are good and well design. Customer service is veay nice and helpful. Food is good. Reception Staff is very helpful and supportive. Recommend for long stay.
