The stay was good like feel at home. Caretaker shiva took good care of guests. Overall very good. Only thing is lawn and entrance way road can be maintained well. Good location Good food arrangements. Good stay. Recommended for the family who need all 5 rooms.( full villa)

We have booked this entire property on 28-may to 29-may. Location and property was good but hygiene and cleanliness was worst. Rooms are very ordinary, bad were broken, faul smell was coming from rooms, bathroom are not up to the mark compared to what they have charged INR5000 per room per night. Garden was not maintained at all. Complementary breakfast had only 3 options, no options for kids. Mr shiva(staff) was good and helpful. Management are even ready to listen our concern. I will not recommend this property to other in this price, it is not at all value for money.

Awesome place ... manager shiva was so friendly and took care of all our requirements. We stayed with family and had a good time. Rooms were clean, ac & water heater was spot on with generator backup. Ample space for kids to play.

Rooms are neat and clean. Food provided by the resort was tasty. Only thing that I felt as disadvantage was - they charged extra for water, which is given as free as mentioned in the resort booking guidelines. Also they didn't provided any toilet material such as soap, lotion, which are basic things provided by any resort or hotel. Overall very nice rooms and terrace. Relaxed and peaceful area. Comfortable bed and garden.

Our family stay at Sheraton was amazing... Great hospitality, felt at home. Accommodation was very good. Special thanks to Shiva for his timely help and support throughout our stay.. location wise excellent as it is bit away from maintown.. I would recommend to consider here, if you are planning for trip in Yelagiri.. Things to be addressed Quality of food can be improved

We booked the 3 room cottage ..Rooms were neat , spacious with a living and dining area..there was sit out space and a additional lawn space where kids could.play. AC, generator backup, heater was maintained and spot on.Special thanks to Mr.Ganesh , the care taker, very patient and calm person who listened to our needs and honored them . The food arranged was very tasty..esp..the breakfast..overall enjoyed our stay there

Excellent stay! Good hospitality and staff there was very helpful. Rooms were neat and well maintained. Place is very near to the trekking place and it's a must go! Would definitely book the same in future. Thank you team.

Rooms were ok. neat and tidy. sleep quality was not good. we had noisy kids paying in the swing which made creepy noises. food is your basic south Indian fair. if you have a preference you have to talk to the manager / owner to get it prepared. Staff is very helpful.I find the location very confined. not the rooms but the guest house. and I believe this location yelagiri in general is best suited for Chennai ppl for Bangalurians the climate is just like at home no difference at all.Though we had been in a hot season. It was a wonderful place to stay. It is totally a calm place. Rooms are clean and tidy. People there are also helpful. It is something like you stay in your private place. Enjoyed Food is a bit expensive. We yook only breakfast which is included in yhe package which could have been better.Wow.. It was a wonderful experience and I love the place. I want to be with them again and see them all happy in serving people who come there. Good people always make a good difference in others. So all of you please visit hill crest and enjoy the coolness of kodeikanal. I stayed with my family for 2 nights. The place is really calm, sightseeing from the hotel is simply superb. My kid enjoyed playing swing inside the hotel's lawn area. The admin and service person really friendly. Comfortable homely stay. Climate is really cool. A nice getaway from the hustle bustle of the city. Fresh fruits are available in yelagiri. Overall a nice and enjoyable trip.
