QUIET PLACE FOR COMPLETE REST It was my first visit to Mirako Games & Resorts. I relished the stay. Most significant part is the staff of the place are enormously humble, and soft spoken, My entire family had an amazing stay. We were directed to correct sites in Yelagiri to spend time during the stay. The location and surroundings are great. It was on the main road and it was easy to find the property. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS.

uch a worst resort I ever stayed in my life that too while traveling with family. 1. TV connection wasn't working. 2. Door locks were broken and we didn't feel safe at all. 3. Expired water bottles provided in the room and it wasn't replaced even after asking for replacement. 4. The photos of the resort provided in the booking site is completely irrelevant while experiencing the resort live while staying. 5. No room service and nothing was provided to us. whatever we ask for, the only answer for the resort management was No and Not Available. 6. My kids are totally disappointed with this stay at Mirako. People who think of booking accommodation in this resort, please do not think about staying here. It's a horrible resort and not worth it for the money we pay.

Good resort stay and room services, peaceful environment. Good pizzas as well. Thanks to Satish who was coordinating during the stay. Reason 2 stars underrated because of frequently power cut and latency with generator, wifi disruption, Android TV was hanging lot. We been charged as usual rates however the amenities mentioned in the site or reviews were missing. Areas of improvement request the resort owner to reinstate the games pets amenities, construct small swimming pool. Keep rooms dust free, place intercom for room services if there any concern or request to address. Finally make the rent cost more economical affordable, give credits so that customer will visit frequently for sure and you will too grow...

Worst experience for super delux room 1) No lock for the room.. lock was broken. 2) Not clean. Towels were torn 3) When I asked to clean the bathroom, they just pour the water inside and told it is clean 4) They told fish tank is available with live fishes inside room. They confirmed even after booking but nothing like that when i went there. It was a lie. 5) TV was not working 6) Wifi was working on first day but not on second day. 7) No proper response from room boys

Group Family trip (3 families). Overall stay was great. Rooms were clean and tidy. Mr. Kumaran in front desk and Mr.Sathish in room service were making things comfortable. Play area (only cricket net is available), Fish zone were good. Can add more towards kids enjoyment. A small Camp fire zone was arranged at night and we all enjoyed it. **Pizza is a must try in their place** Looks they are expanding and expecting things would be improved

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the this resort in Yelagiri. The resort is located in a beautiful and secluded area on the hill surrounded by lush trees. The views from the resort are spectacular and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. (Kumaran) The rooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious, with all the amenities you could want. The service was excellent. The resort also had great recreational facilities, including a beautiful pool with color fishes. There were also plenty of activities to do. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Yelagiri. The resort is stunning and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Worst stay I never had.unclean mattress, towels, mat and washroom. Toilet closet is broken and was notified only after full payment. Ants and cockroaches can be witnessed roaming inside room. Breakfast provided upon extra pay is horrible. Doesn't worth the money. Property is under maintained.

We recently during the month of May 2023 and enjoyed and stay and climate. Best place for family and groupsto enjoy the weekend. Rooms were Clean and well maintained. Room service can be improved . Mr. Kumaran -manager is a friendly person and very undertsanding. Mirako pizza with in the hotel premises is the best and we enjoyed.
