Nice resort with good people around. Neat and spacious rooms at reasonable prices. Owners and workers are very helpful in every aspect. Improvement can be done in food(though it is depends on individual taste)

I stayed at this resort with my family for a night and the place is owned and managed by Mr. Vijay Kumar and his family. I should say they went out a limb to make our experience much better. Located in a peaceful locality, with clean and cozy rooms with a bit of a view, the resort also has a small hill with a good balance of rocks and vegetation, inside it's premises and you can go on a morning sunrise hike in it. There's a decently big playground as well where you could play cricket or any other sport of your liking. The swimming pool was pretty clean with a kids section and an enjoyable 4'6" depth. One more thing that makes this resort stand out is that the owner's family also runs a rose harvest business with the plantations right next and opposite to the resort. They were kind enough to give us a tour and explain us about roses and it's cultivation process. They even showed us how they process and get it stored in the cold storage. You could also see jackfruit and pepper trees inside the resort among others. We even bought some pepper from them and you could tell how actually fresh and spicy it is. They also have a restaurant where they serve both homemade and restaurant styled dishes upon preorder. The menu can feel a bit limited but the taste was really good and the portions were quite generous. Much better than what we tried in the restaurants outside. I would suggest go for the homemade ones if you want try the local taste and variety. We were the only guests that night and we found the service to be on or even before time. There's a chance that you might feel a bit understaffed if the resort is crowded but they're trying their best as a newly opened resort which is still developing. Wifi wasn't available inside the room. So might you have to take care of it. When we finally checked out they were owlverwhlemingly kind enough to gift us with a jackfruit harvested from the tree right in front of us and also a bunch roses. Ohh, there's two furry companions at the resort who're super friendly as well. If you ever come to Yelagiri, i would recommend this place without a second thought.

Best stay with decent price and service. Everything was good . Much recommended place to stay with family and friends.
