Zion Residency Tirunelveli

Dear peoples Don't put room this Zion hotel. Very very bad service. All time not neety. Toilet smell sperd in rooms. Staffs behaviour rudely whenever after paid Money minded service only.

Not recommended for women. Extremely rude behaviour from staff esp night receptionist. Day manager is okay but remember night receptionist handles checkouts, will make you regret your stay. Room is tiny and not worth the price although it's in close proximity to the bus stand. In Tirunelveli you can get from any place to any place within half an hour so do not consider this a major factor in your decision.

The rooms were good, service promptly responded to our needs. But more service is needed. The balcony door was not closing in our room, and ants have infested the wooden decorations. Please fix them.

Postives The location is very close to the new busstand Staffs are friendly . Free WiFi is available . Hot water avilable . Negatives Small room. Prices are bit higher. I haven't received any amenities . No breakfast avilable.

The rooms are neat and clean but the bathroom is very congested and the heater is not working. They provided soap and WiFi not working

They are provided near by Rooms, not in main campus. Very very dirty, smelling rooms. No hot water features Try to get any other hotels

Worst Service they're very fraud ... owner only mind set getting payment but no service, u stayed 1 hrs extra but u have to pay full amount of 24hrs 2800/- Do prefer this residency
