Horrible place... Don't book this hotel. Disappointing Experience My stay was thoroughly ruined by the incompetent staff and appalling room conditions. The room was infested with fungus, emitting a foul odor, and mosquitoes were rampant. The pillow's condition was unacceptable (see attached photo). When I complained to the reception, they assured me the manager would address the issues. However, the manager never showed up, even after I checked out. The staff, mostly aged 60+, seemed unresponsive to our needs. The hotel's policies were also unreasonable, providing only two complimentary half-liter water bottles. Additional water bottles came with an extra charge, and the receptionist explicitly asked for a tip. Overall, my experience was horrific, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible place to stay, even road side cheap lodge is better than this hotel. Hotel is under renovation with drilling sound all day. Power cut will be 15mins once. Bathroom is not clean, bedsheet and pillow case yellowish. They will start prepare your room only after you reach the hotel.( we reach hotel at 5pm). Only good thing is this place just opposite hospital. Other than that, dont waste your money

The Room was compact but the bedsheets and bathroom was not neet and clean, I have made to change the bedsheets while check which was with stains. And mid night I found bugs and insects in the bed which made sleepless night. I traveled officially and booked only for a night paying 1400, but not worth.

TVK Regency offers a wonderful stay with its good and excellent service. The rooms are neatly maintained, Highly recommended for a pleasant visit!

Services is good,so clean,not looking like 13 years old hotel.. Excellent..

Small rooms (Booked executive AC rooms) Rooms were not clean, felt like someone mopped the floor with an extremely dirty mop and just left to dry it there. Bed and bedsheet were not clean, very congested toilet. Toilet's faucet was not working. Bathroom fittings are not at all maintained. Very bad experience.
