THE HOTEL RAJA PALACE

One the worst experience in my lifetime of 48 years. Have travelled to too many destinations and have never experienced such a dirty place. Full of rented shopping complex at the ground floor. AC never worked in 3 rooms given to me. Checked in at 7pm changed 3 rooms and left the property at 11.30 and found another hotel in 5th kilometer. Non functional stinking , nareou car parking totally a dirty place for which make my trip vouched for. Shame on both . Non courteous staff. Took money but poor people.

We are family of four and had a stay of 2 nights. In the starting, after seeing the entrance and the room, it seems little costly but when we have started visiting tourist places, our money saved in travelling. Actually hotel's location is excellent. If you are a solo travel, More over to this, many good places are near by this hotel Rooms are small but clean. Bathroom is very good and clean. A good and clean bathroom is Essential for a visit. From my side considering Location Cost Facility Cleanliness Safety Behaviour. I will give 5/5 Thanks Hotel Raja Palace Safety, location to visiting

as always Hotel Raja Palace is the Best. they understand their responsibility towards guest and all are willingly doing it . hospitality, mannerism. systems & SOPs for conduct. Amazing hotel with best staff and special I want to talk about front office they are very humble and very good nature..the lobby is very neat and clean.. should to come once in a life with family, friends amazing view best service...........

Just opposite to palayamkottai bus stand. The entire hotel staffs were so helpful. Checkin was express and the rooms had nice balcony views and ACs were very good. However their washroom shower has to be improved . But for the other areas are so neat and the staffs when requested something almost instantly addresses it. Good and recommended one in Tirunelveli.

I brought my parents and children for a short trip, and we loved the hotel. Everything was neat, and the staff were polite and respectful. We truly appreciated the peaceful environment.
