No heater in the room. Hot water is available on call. The staff is responsive.

Stay at your own risk. They care a hoot about customers. House of Cockroaches, where you'll find them everywhere. They'll be with you for company all the time. No room service literally. Pity, KFC is in ground level. Not to mention for greasy toilet seat and grey towels! If the hotel is this way, pity how the kitchen of KFC downstairs would be!

Above average rooms. Affordable for price. Air conditioned. Room service is good.

Very cheap residency in Tirunelveli.. 2 bedroom stay at just rupees 575rs.. worth for staying.. other places it costs around 1200+rs... So do visit here

The stay was very poor cause the rooms were and untidy and bathrooms had their pipes leaking and the person in the reception was very short tempered and kept on shouting and provided a horrible service
