SRI RAM HOTEL

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend it for families looking for a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff informed that 24 hr check in and 24 hr check out on direct payment. I canceled mmt booking and booked over the counter. On check out day they are saying 24 hr check out means 930 am as check in time was 930 am. This was informed after they called 4 times already asking whether stay being extended or not. Finally they started shouting and saying to get out of the hotel. Their manager, receptionist, everyone started low class behavior. Rooms are mediocre with non working tv, and unclean bathroom mats which were not changed for entire 3 nights stay. These type of hotels should be avoided at all costs. Simply cheating customers and showing their true colors after driving benefits out of the customers.

It's one of the best hotel in Tirunelveli at affordable price.. we stayed in a suite room for a day.. room and bathroom were neat and clean.. no issues at all..

Rooms are okay But Very Bad experience.. Very rude behaviour of Manager Mr.Krishna!!! He was stating like as though throw the bill on the face of the customer... I strictly say no to this hotel only for the sake of the managers behaviour..

Good hotel at a good price. They charge around 2016 for a single person and around 2500 for two persons which was quite ok for that price. The location was ideal. Just opposite to the Bus stand. Downside veg restaurant also there which was also Good.

Location and serviceis very good. Room is good enough for short stay. They have veg restaurant attached to this hotel and serve food during Pongal holidays too.

It is located near the new bus stand. Rooms are well maintained and the room service is prompt and courteous. However, people at the reception are lethargic and not very customer friendly.

Very good rooms. Neat & clean. Friendly staffs & easy access to all places in tirunelveli.
