Rooms are small but neat and clean. Bathroom is very nice and has toiletries. Food is really good and restaurant is good. A/C restaurant is also there. There is not much parking but can park at the back of the building around 100 mtrs after the hotel. I definitely recommend.

Rooms are not neat. Need lot of improvement in cleanliness and bed sheet is also not clean I kindly request your attention to a matter concerning the room's upkeep. The current state of tidiness requires considerable improvement to meet expected standards. Specifically, the cleanliness of the room needs attention. Furthermore, the bedsheet's condition is not up to par and warrants replacement. Ensuring a clean and comfortable environment is of utmost importance. I trust this matter will be addressed promptly.

The hotel is at walking distance from the old bus stand named Periyar, better known as Junction or old bus stand. We made a mistake of going past this to the new bus stand and had to traverse back. The railway station is also pretty close.||The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food and our only issue was that it does not serve curd rice for dinner. The room service is also good except for once, where they forgot our order and we had to call again. Good bed and clean sheets with a water heater (coffee, tea and sugar packs given). Bathroom is also big and good ,except that the next room (we changed our room as the TV was not working), had a very small one. |Overall good experience and I would recommend visitors to Tirunelveli to stay here.

We stayed between 20th and 22 April. The room was good and decent. The location of the hotel is also good. But the problem was, there was a very very bad smell coming from the bathroom that too only after cleaning. I don't know what they did. We were suffocated for the whole night due to the heavy smell of the bathroom. Worst ever stay. Very very worst hygiene maintenance. Also, the A/c didn't work properly. We don't recommend this hotel if u wish for hygiene stay. Only lowest rating for the cleaning and hygiene.

Fraudulent Taxi Billing and Mismanagement - Avoid This Hotel! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, Had booked a stay here for 3D/2N. the Rooms were small and lacked the amenities mentioned and their travel desk services. I booked a taxi through the hotel Travel desk to visit Palamadai Hills (This usually costs around Rs 700 (one way without waiting), however the driver (Hari Travels: Mr. Maharajan) fleeced us around Rs 2300 (one day without even waiting), assuming I was in safe hands. Unfortunately, I was overcharged significantly, and the billing was not fair as per the Km travelled and Local Guidelines. Despite raising the issue with the hotel management (Hotel Manager: Dhanapal), they failed to take any responsibility or action against the taxi operator involved. What's worse is that the hotel manager refused to remove the taxi driver from their roster, despite clear evidence of the fraud. This raises serious questions about the integrity of the hotel's operations. It appears there is a clandestine arrangement between the hotel and this dishonest driver - which puts guests at risk of being scammed. This level of negligence and possible collusion is unacceptable from any hospitality provider. I strongly advise future guests to steer clear of the hotel's travel desk and seriously reconsider booking this hotel if you value transparency and safety.

Sree Bharani hotel at Tirunelveli is a very good hotel. However the price ranges as shown in various sites like booking.com etc show a very wide range of price fluctuations ranging between Rs1000 to Rs Rs 3000/-. This causes lots of concern to a customer. I had booked through booking.com on 26th March 25 for Rs2744/- for one night stay. It had clearly mentioned complementary breakfast. But I was denied stating I had not opted for the same properly. This is not in good taste besides the lack of clarity in the type of rooms that will be provided.

The service is very good and staff are polite. AC and TV is good, window provisioning is there if you want natural sunlight. Courteous staff. Minor issue access card not worked, replaced with keys and reaching their land line to book was difficult, called mobile Mr.Dhanpal was helpful to assist.

Very disappointing this time around. I had stayed here previously. Was happy at that time. So booked this time. However the upkeep is very pathetic. The food served in the restaurant was just about ok. The food can be avoided in the restaurant. The bathrooms were absolutely bad. The standard has gone down very steeply. Water bottle supplied in the rooms was very bad. The bath towels were bad . But one thing is the Staff is absolutely good and takes care to provide good service.
